AALTO - Studio Apartment is located in the strict city center of Rovinj - in the pedestrian area, in one of the narrow cobbled streets leading uphill to the church. The nearest beach is just a 2 minute walk away and everything can easily be accessed on foot. This cozy studio apartment is situated on the third floor of a vintage traditional Istrian building, it has been recently renovated and is equipped with everything you may need during your stay.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster...), SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this studio apartment is an ideal place for couples to spend the holidays.With the St. Euphemia church, farmer's market, an abundance of dining options and beachline close by, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured.
Although our apartment isn't accessible via car as it is situated in the pedestrian area, convenient luggage carts are available to transport your luggage for a small fee. The accommodation doesn't offer a parking place, but the nearest public parking (extra cost) is situated at a distance of 250 m. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Fantastic to be at the centre of everything. The stay was comfortable. Stairs were very doable.

Hosts were communicative and beyond helpful. We arrived later than expected after a ‘scary’ taxi ride. Host was professional and receptive always.

Good accommodation with an excellent location and very helpful hosts, but it is somewhat overpriced

The biggest advantage of this accommodation is its excellent central location in Rovinj. Everything was easily accessible, including restaurants, shops, and the local infrastructure. For Bachata and salsa festival visitors, the location was especially convenient, as the Adria Tobacco Factory for the night socials, as well as the shuttle and boats to the beach parties and Katarina Island events, were all within quick and easy reach. Our contact person was always friendly, professional, and highly responsive. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately, which we greatly appreciated.

Love Rovinj!!

Very good location in the old town part of Rovinj. We were literally 2-3 mins from everything! Shops, sea, pretty harbour area, market but still in a quiet street and quiet apartment with a balcony to sit out in each evening with some wine! Also, hosts were amazing! We had 2 small issues on first morning and they were dealt with within an hour! A host is supposed to look after you and we had the perfect host! 5* thank you! We ❤️ Rovinj

Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Cozy, stylish Appartement in zentraler Lage, dank rückseitiger Lage wird es dort auch nicht zu heiß, sonst einfach kurz die Klimaanlage anmachen und ruckzuck wird es angenehm kühl, hat alles was man braucht, sogar die Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden zur Wochenmitte gewechselt, die eigene Terrasse ist der Knaller! Wir haben 11 wunderbare Tage dort verbracht und kommen gerne wieder!
