Lovely spacious property with beautiful private garden

Good family accommodation especially outdoors. We spent mist time under shady loggia or in pool. Any issues were dealt with very promptly.

The house or penthouse was perfect The house or penthouse was perfect for our short stay in the area. It is rather old, but the it can be seen that it was a luxury home earlier. What we didn't like that the it was not really clean. We found for example dog hair on the carpet. Source: HomeAway

My family and i stayed here for 11 days, we met with a nice woman down the street to check in, we followed her to the property and she showed us around. She was nice and attentive. We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants easily. The listing was pretty inaccurate but we made it work. A lot of the pictures are outdated, lack of chair pillows so no comfortable seating and There is a back house with two beds and a main house with three bedrooms which is not stated in the listing. One of the bedrooms we were unable to use due to lack of working A/C. Neither of The Two bathrooms in the main house had a workable shower. One was a tub and the other shower had a missing door and broken handle. The only working showers were outside on the balcony and in the back house. The main reason for my rating is because the owner came onto the property and took the WiFi modem out of the back house during our stay. The WiFi inside the main house was barely working so my sister and her husband actually went and stayed in a hotel the last two night’s because of this. We felt uncomfortable knowing they came onto the property and took something while we were in town. It felt like an invasion of privacy. I tried messaging them on the Vrbo app but no response. I have been staying all around Italy for a month and have not had any problems like this.Thank you to the young women for helping us check in and good communication.
