This apartment is on the 6th floor of a traditional 60`s building, in the Lisbon neighbourhood of Roma Avenue. Accessed by 2 elevators, the apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 dining room and 1 living room, 3 bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. All rooms have large windows with an open view and one bedroom has a balcony.



With everything close by, this apartment is ideal for families and groups, and it is located just some steps away from all types of commerce, supermarkets, pharmacies, fashion shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and much more. The nearest Metro Stations are Areeiro/Alameda/Campo Pequeno, 8-minute walk away from the unit



The Roma avenue is an extremely central area, with all sorts of transport available, so you can easily access the main Lisbon attractions, Parque das Nações, Downtown district, The Castle, Alfama, Chiado, Belém, by subway, buses, train (Roma station) or even taxis. This is a commercial but also residential area, so you will find lots of families, especially by its modernist and famous cafés. It is a very safe and quiet area, and you'll surely enjoy your stay at the Apartment!

Very pleasant stay for the second time

We were in the apartment for the second time with a big group and had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was wonderful and the contact with the owners was without problems. This is definitely our first choice when we will return to Lisbon.

We really enjoyed this property. We loved having 3 bathrooms. Rooms were nice and with lots of space. Check-in, check-out and communication was very easy. We also loved that it was easy walking distance to the metro line and groceries. I would recommend this property.

This is a nice apartment in a quiet residential part of the city. The flat was clean and well equipped, and check-in was well explained and easy. There are some good cafés, bakeries and restaurants nearby, too. Metro stations are within easy walking distance.

EXCELLENT !

Accueil très sympathique par notre hôte, plans fournis, conseils très utiles. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, pratique, proche de toutes les commodités, métro, bus, commerces, boulangerie. En 15 mn on est au bord du Tage et au centre de Lisbonne. Emplacement parfait... Petit bémol, l'avenue est très passante, donc un peu de bruit la nuit. D'autre part, étant donné que l'appartement est conçu pour 6 personnes, il faudrait prévoir un peu plus de couverts et de verres. Mais ce ne sont que des détails, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. A recommander !!

SUPERBE APPARTEMENT

Très bel appartement, confortable, lumineux, bonne literie, bien insonorisé,rien ne manque ! Proche du métro, des bus, des boutiques, des restaurants, bref tout pour passer un très bon séjour. Merci à FILIPA très aimable et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Prima appartement

Een fijn appartement om een aantal dagen in te verblijven. Bij aankomst is direct aangegeven dat 1 van de 3 douches defect was en dat, als het wenselijk was, dit in een dag gerepareerd kon worden. Niet nodig, 2 douches voor 6 personen is prima. De bedden zijn goed, een voorwaarde. Een aandachtspunt is de inhoud van het keukengerei. Dit is summier. (Beperkt aantal glazen, bekers,kommen) De pannen ( te oud en versleten) zijn niet geschikt om goed te kunnen koken op de keramische kookplaat. Vervanging hiervan is wenselijk. Het contact met de eigenaresse is goed. Ze is goed bereikbaar via sms/whatsapp. Het is een appartement dat we kunnen aanbevelen.

Bom acolhimento para fazer o Check-in, o senor muito simpatico, falou francês o que para os meus amigos foi impecavel para as indicaçoes que deu para os transportes.... Bel appartement, bien situé, près du métro. Les lits et les chambres sont confortables. Carla, qui nous a reçus, a répondu à toutes nos demandes. Une surprise cependant: à notre arrivée, nous avons dû défrayer une taxe touristique pour laquelle nous n'avions pas été prévenus. De plus, il manque de coupes à vin dans l'appartement et nous n'avions aucun couteau coupant pour préparer la nourriture.

Bellissimo!

Thoroughly enjoyed my three nights stay at this apartment in Lisbon. Felipa was an excellent host. It’s an easy 5-10 minute walk to the metro station. There is a well stocked market just down the street where one can pick up all kinds of goodies. The unit is a 3bd apartment with 3 bathrooms, so that a family of six would be very comfortable here. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Lisbon and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Este apartamento é um luxo, prático e com tudo que se necessita para uma boa estadia o aquecimento é ótimo, temos tudo muito próximo, padaria, farmácia, restaurantes, supermercado.....o aqui passa-se bons dias em Lisboa ...... Recomendo muito parabens a dona Felipa pela simpatia e disponibilidade.....tudo maravilhoso.

Appartamento molto spazioso e ben arredato con tutto il necessario. Posizione strategica poco fuori dal centro ma vicino a tutti i mezzi di trasporto. Filipa molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

essa propriedade tem uma proprietária atenciosa, cordial e correta. o apartamento comportou de forma excelente eu e minha família. possui toda a infraestrutura (lojas, supermercados, farmácias, metrô, táxi e ônibus) muita próxima para uma perfeita estadia. se eu fosse descrever tudo numa só palavra esta palavra seria perfeito. e caso necessitem de serviço de transporte peçam a Filipa (proprietária) para lhes indicar o Joel da conjugamapas. this apartment has a proprietary helpful, friendly and correct. the apartment behaved excellently me and my family.It has all the infrastructure (shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, subway, taxi and bus) lot next to a perfect stay. if I were to describe it in one word that word would be perfect. and if they need shuttle service to ask Filipa (owner) to prescribe for them the Joel´s conjugamapas.

nice apartment with great host but...

The Apartment is principally nice. Filipia is a VERY nice and helpful person. The Flat is very close to a few metro stations. The drive to the airport is 10 minutes by taxi (costs under 10 EUR). The kitchen is small, well equipped but some things are dirty, some things are broken. The floor was quite dirty and I washed it on the day of arrival so our toddler can play on the floor. The biggest minuses of this accommodation: it’s very, very loud at least in two of 3 bedrooms because of the very busy street. All of us could not sleep well because of the noise. The windows and outdoor blinds are not able to assure the silence. The other point is the narrow beds. The double bed was 140 cm and the single beds are 70 cm. I know from Filipa, that the double bed will be changed into a 160 cm bed, but it’s still not there. The bathrooms are tiny. All in one, it was a nice stay in Lissabon.

Ewa, thank you for your comment. I’m sorry to know that some things were broken, if you could let us know earlier or even at your check out what was broken we could replace them. I’m also sorry the cleaning was not as you wished you could call me, or show me at the check in and I would call the cleaning lady again, as I told you our office is in the same building so I was there during your stay and you never let me know about it until this review. The single beds and mattresses are 80cmx200cm regular size not 70cm. The double bed was 140m but as I told you at the check in it was small for a 3year old baby to sleep with both parents on the same bed so I could have an extra bed or you could use the baby cot that I left in the room, or even the extra sofa bed 140x200cm in the living room, you told me at the check in it was ok, I didn’t need to worry. I am only sorry that we were not able to solve all the problems that affected your stay, and personally I regret you didn’t told me anything during your stay, we would certainly have done something to solve any the situation.
