TrÚs bien situé, grand et propre!

Super apart! Au coeur du secteur des restaurants plus huppĂ©. À quelques minutes de marche du train Rossio pour se rendre vers Sintra et du fameux Elevador. À 3 min d’une Ă©picerie plus complĂšte et du stationnement sous-terrain avec passe de stationnement du proprio qui est incluse dans le prix. Proprio trĂšs rĂ©actif (nous avions un pĂ©pin avec le wi-fi et il est venu aussitĂŽt pour le rĂ©gler.)

We had a great 5 night stay at Luxury apartment in Chiado. We loved the location-very close to many of the historic sites you want to see in Lisbon and within easy walking distance of many restaurants. It was also a short walk down to the river and ride shares are readily available if you don't want to walk back up. The apartment is modern, clean and very well appointed. Our host met us and gave us all the info we needed, including a map with the location of breakfast spots, transportation hubs, etc. Highly recommend a stay at Luxury apartment in Chiado!

The introduction from Mario was excellent with explanation of all facilities, even accompanied us to the car park, we have never experienced this with any other booking site, so much appreciated. Everything we needed was provided, the property was clean and beds comfortable. The airconditioning was also much appreciated. We could even hang out our washing outside to dry quickly. thank you we really njoyed our stay.

My husband, 18-year-old daughter and I stayed here in August. We had a great experience in this apartment. Mario was very helpful and accessible. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, and was in an amazing location, as others have written. The AC worked, the street was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. A really nice property in a great location in Lisbon. Mario, the property manager, was very helpful in communicating with us before we arrived, meeting us upon arrival, and even printing out football tickets for us.The apartment was very nice. A very functional kitchen, nice bedrooms, and a big living area. WIFI worked well.Our only concerns were that the floors and area carpet could have been cleaner, and the main bed wasn't the most comfortable (our 55 year old backs were a little sore each morning). There is no elevator and the apartment is on the third floor, so be prepared to carry suitcases.The location was outstanding. Chiado is a wonderful area of Lisbon. It's a very short walk to great restaurants, pastelerias (bakeries) with Portugal's famous (justifiably) Pastel de Nata pastries, an incredible view of Lisbon (5 minute walk), and shopping. From our apartment, we walked to many of the best areas of Lisbon (including Alfama and the downtown area).Lisbon itself is an amazing city. It was our first time. We have been to most countries in Europe. Lisbon is now for us right near the top of the list of our favourite European cities. It's a labyrinth with small, winding, and steep streets everywhere. The architecture, tiles, cobblestone streets, history, and outstanding food and shops made for a great experience.

L’appartement de mario est trĂšs propre et bien situĂ©. Il dispose de toutes les commodites (draps et serviettes fournis, de quoi se faire Ă  manger en cas de besoin, du savon pour sa laver), ce qui permet de se charger les moins possible si on vient en avion.Le gĂ©rant est trĂšs sympathique et nous explique Ă  l’arrivĂ©e toutes les informations nĂ©cessaires et nous donne les bonnes adresses et les trucs Ă  connaĂźtre pour profiter au mieux de notre sĂ©jour.L’appartement est trĂšs fonctionnel et il ne manque rien, pas mĂȘme une machine laver et un lave vaisselle.Il est situĂ© dans un quartier central de Lisbonne oĂč on peut rayonner, pas loin du mĂ©tro. Avec tous les restos et magasins Ă  proximitĂ©.Une information pour les personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite: l’immeuble se trouve dans une rue en pente et au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage.Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour et remercions mario pour son accueil et son trĂšs bel appartement !

Great stay

We spent hours searching for the best apartment for rent for our 5-night stay and have read as many reviews as we could throughout the Airbnbs available in center Lisbon. I can say that we are extremely happy with this choice. Great location, highly recommend. 5 min walk from closest metro station. Apartment is right off busy streets , so it’s quiet at night. Steps away from the best restaurants in the area. Host is welcoming and easy to reach out. Great facilities. Can’t ask for better. Thank you Mario!

Great Stay in Lisbon!

We had a great stay at Mario’s place in Lisbon! It suited our family perfectly, was well located, and made discovering Lisbon a breeze. Mario was present for check in to ensure we understood the ins and outs of both the apartment and the neighborhood, and even changed the bathroom light for us shortly after I notified him of the issue. Would definitely recommend!

Cute apartment in a fantastic location—walking distance to a lot of the sights and with an abundance of bars/restaurants nearby. Very comfortable for four people. The host, Mario, was extremely helpful and accessible. We only stayed a couple of nights, but this would be a great place for a longer stay in Lisbon—if you can get in: it is often booked, and for good reason I now see!

Wonderful apartment in the center

Great location and a wonderful neighborhood. Close to many sights, restaurants, stores. Compared to other places we stayed at in Portugal, this one could use some minor updating, otherwise it would be 5 stars. Both beds (the queen and the sofa bed) were comfortable. The restaurant next door is great. Mário is super nice and responsive. He has several apartments in Lisbon and we’d definitely stay at one of his places again.

Un petit havre de paix

Appartement parfait en tout point ! Un petit havre de paix situé idéalement prÚs des quartiers à visiter ! La literie est trÚs confortable et les attentions sont multiples notamment les dosettes de café à disposition.Il est également trÚs bien équipé notamment avec la climatisation pour les journées chaudes Mario notre hÎte était une personne charmante et qui plus est parlait un petit peu Français!Bref si je dois retourner à Lisbonne je relouerai cet appartement .
