It was very challenging to communicate with the property. The staff was rigid and unaccommodating. My original reservation was cancelled without explanation, and although I informed them we were two people needing separate beds, we were not provided with sheets for both.The amenities were minimal—just a small amount of soap and no shampoo. I had also requested an early check-in, but the response was difficult and unhelpful. Additionally, the unit was a third-floor walk-up, which made things even more inconvenient.To make matters worse, the neighborhood felt unsafe and was not as described in the listing.

Expérience absolument appréciée! L'appartement, ainsi que les espaces communs étaient d'une propreté impeccable. Les rénovations apportées sont d'une qualité supérieure. Même si le quartier est en évolution (construction, rénovation, etc.), nous nous sommes toujours sentis en sécurité. L'emplacement est très bien situé par rapport aux transports en commun. Nous recommandons fortement cette location à Anjos.
