Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite basin and WC and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area. To the outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture and a communal heated swimming pool and tennis courts, while on-site parking is available for one car. 2 Europa Court is the perfect base for a Cornish coastal getaway.

Note: Regulations for dogs: Dogs are not allowed on the grass or garden areas at any time whether on a lead or not, Dogs in the courtyard or car park must be kept on a short lead at all times, Dogs are excluded from the swimming pool area, Dogs are not permitted to foul any parts of the common areas, Dogs must not be left unattended in flats.
Note: The swimming pool and sun beds etc, are available for you and your family’s use only, when open in season. There is no Lifeguard on duty.Note: The swimming pool is heated from the end of May through to the end of October only.

The sandy beach is extremely tranquil and is close to a selection of shops, a deli, farm shop and golf course. Mawgan Porth also boasts an adults-only hotel, the Scarlet Hotel, which offers Spa treatments and leisure facilities, whilst being in walking distance of gourmet restaurants such as Paul Ainsworth's No 6 and Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant.
