Absolutely a lovely apartment, best we've experienced in all of our stays in Cornwall. A couple things I was a bit disappointed by was the lack of toiletries, no dog bowls or a welcome basket. Those are just nice little extra touches we've had in other properties. Would definitely recommend and Nino was wonderful!

Our bespoke Rocklands 35 welcome includes a personal meet and greet from Nino, together with tea, coffee and fresh milk bought especially for each arrival, so guests can settle in with a cuppa. We put a great deal of care into that personal welcome, rather than providing a traditional welcome basket. Thank you also for your suggestions about toiletries and dog bowls. Our approach has been shaped by feedback from guests who prefer to bring their own familiar products and pet essentials, alongside our wish to minimise single-use toiletry packaging. This property was absolutely breathtaking! We were blown away from the amazing sea views! The host couldn't do enough for you he was great! The property was immaculately clean it had everything you needed for your stay. Would highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay. Obviously, it is not cheap, but you get what you pay for.Double bed is not massive, so if you are LARGE you might want something bigger. I only say that as someone that works with someone that is 6 foot 9! I am 6 foot and it was fine.

A wonderful say! The host was so lovely, a very warm welcome, very clean and to the same standard as the photos displayed, private and safe parking and the view was breathtaking. I will be coming back with my family and stay again!

The apartment is exactly as described. The location is fantastic, and the constant sea view is priceless. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, and the contact with Nino was always quick and easy. We can recommend the apartment by 100 %.

Fantastic stay with wonderful views!

Brilliant location for exploring Newquay and surrounding areas. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and the views from the living room and bedrooms are stunning! The apartment is fully equipped and secure parking is a bonus. Our host did a fantastic job of welcoming us and familiarising us with the apartment and local area. We had a fabulous holiday and would have loved to have stayed longer.

Newquay holiday

Nice clean property with a wonderful view. The property is quiet at night. Located on a quieter bay and within walking distance of busier bays and the town. It has everything you need and the basement storage and showers are really useful after a day on the beach.

Fabulous place to spend our Honeymoon

Two weeks of R and R, quite peaceful location fantastic sea views and very close to shops and restaurants. Plan to return next year.

Lovely apartment with stunning views

Very well equipped & comfortable apartment. Amazing views out to sea. We enjoyed a lovely peaceful break for a few nights in October. Lots to explore around the area. We loved the beaches especially finding the cave through to the next beach. We can’t wait to come back again.

Stunning spacious with amazing sea views

Beautiful light filled apartment, extremely clean, well equipped and tastefully styled. Great property manager really helps you understand the area, the history and is on hand should you need anything. Great recommendation sand the underground car car park is a real Bonus.
