Bliss by the sea

On arrival we found our parking right on the house property, on opening up the place was exactly as described and even more. We will stay again as there is so much to do and we didn't even get through half of it in a week.Highly recommended

Fantastic house and location.

We were just after an easy fortnight away beach holiday. This met all our needs - clean and comfy with all the items required. Location was a huge factor, so easy to get to the beach and walk into Newquay - hardly used the car all fortnight. Thanks.

Very clean and well maintained. Well equipped and comfortable beds. Great for surfers. Quite residential road yet only a few minutes walk from the beach. Tesco express around the corner. Restaurants a few minutes walk away too. Great stay. Would highly recommend

Excellent place to stay

I have stayed here before so knew what expect, but there as been improvements, a bigger TV, new fully equipped kitchen. Location cannot be beaten, on a quiet road just a stones throw from Tolcarne beach, and a short stroll into town.The house give plenty of space for everyone, me and my partner stayed with his sister and partner and we were not in top of each other. Bedrooms are spacious, have hanging space with lots of hangers, bed are comfortable.Due to the fantastic weather we spent little time in the house, but it would make a very good base for a holiday in less predictable weather, with games and jigsaws available.Would definitely recommend, thanks for the great stay.

Vacation in Newquay

It was a nice stay in Newquay. The beach was only 5 Minutes away and everything could be done by a walk. The house was very clean and also well equipped. Three bedrooms, a shower and bathtube and two toilets were available. The separeted kitchen give us all opportunity to cook.

Perfect Location

Lovely home very clean and comfortable. Very homely feel with all mod cons and plenty of kitchen ware. Great shower in upstairs bathroom and a downstairs toilet was a great bonus . The location was perfect for the beaches and just a short walk into town. A GREAT STAY.

Family Holiday

Nice,clean house with everything you need as a family. Location is superb, just a two minute walk to tolcarn beach. Off street parking is also a bonus. Will certainly consider booking again.

Superb holiday!

From start to finish we had a tremendous holiday experience, we could not have wished for better. Lee & Tina have quite obviously worked extremely hard to create such a well presented and much loved holiday home. Booking was easy, Lee was extremely helpful and friendly with excellent communication throughout. Enough off-road parking for two cars if required. With only a short walk to Tolcarne and Lusty Glaze beaches we were in our element. Town was easy walking distance too and when we came “home” at night the street was lovely and quiet apart from the seagulls (not a lot you can do about them!) We we’re so lucky with the weather too. All in all “superb” is our verdict. Many thanks Both, we will come again and have already recommended No.10 to others.

Loved Our Amazing Stay At Driftwood Home from Home💗

Driftwood is a Family home very clean and has a very comfortable double bed. Smart television with Netflix for the cosy evenings in. Lovely shower in the upstairs bathroom and has a downstairs cloakroom with W/c that is very handy. All 3 bedrooms are ideal sized. We felt it was in an ideal area for heading to the beach shops restaurant and having a parking space on the drive was just perfect.

Annual Newquay Trip

House was clean and tidy, good location, detailed instructions on how to get keys and how most things in the house work. Netflix and good WiFi a big bonus, most necessities provided, would have been nice to have handsoap at all 3 sinks instead of just one and more than one tea towel for the whole week but just minor things that certainly didn’t spoil our week!

Home from home!

Driftwood is a lovely spacious homely property I really could live here... the rooms are beautifully decorated it has everything you could want washer, dishwasher, digital TV , PlayStation 2 and lots of games for the children! The beds are amazing and the shower was lovely! The walk to the closest beach is 2 min walk town is around 6 min walk and the shops , bars and restaurants are amazing! All the beaches in Newquay are stunning give them all a try ... you are also spoilt for choice for supermarkets and if you need something in a hurry tesco is a 2 min walk ... all in all our stay was brilliant just needed to stay longer ! Good North Cornwall base

Enjoyed our week here ( grandparents, son & wife and grandchildren 5 and 2). The house was clean, quite roomy and comfortable, kitchen well equipped ( only very small or large saucepans - we could have done with a couple of middle sized). Shower good, towels fluffy, bedding good. ( The twin beds are low, some elderly may have difficulty getting out. Also shower is over bath, so have to 'climb' in). Wi-fi good. Easy flat walking to town, easy driving or buses from house to beaches, towns and other areas of the county. Shop just round the corner very handy. A good base for our holiday.

Everything we needed

We had a wonderful stay, everything we needed was provided and the location was great. Perfect for walking to the beach and the park or relaxing in the house and outside space. Plenty of space and storage and all facilities provided, plus a shop just round the corner for anything you’ve forgotten.

We love Newquay as a town, for it's incredible beaches and for it's location within Cornwall for exploring the county. We chose this house specifically for it's location within Newquay. We have a family and wanted something where we could walk to the beach and town, whilst being out of sight and sound from the hussle and bussle of the vibrant night life. It really is everything we could have wanted. We love to surf, walk, shop, fish and BBQ. Driftwood has it all.
