The Aleca Villa offers high standards of comfort in an elevated position with views over the wooded countryside and out towards the sea. Dassia with its long shingle beach is within close proximity and the bustling capital town of Corfu is a 20 minute drive away. This lovely villa is ideal for a group of friends or a family seeking a peaceful holiday with excellent self catering facilities.

One bedroom villa is air conditioned throughout (free of charge) with one double bedroom with 3rd and 4th beds located in the living area. The bathroom has a bath and shower while the open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area is well equipped with a full cooker with extractor, microwave, washing machine and a dishwasher. The sitting area has a TV, DVD player and surround sound. A sun terrace leads out to the pool area which has patio furniture, BBQ, sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a TV in all rooms including the living room. Hairdryers, ironing boards and safety deposit boxes are also available in all villas. On arrival at the villa, guests will receive a welcome pack, a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit.

Loved the pool, coming from a private well, which warmed up over the week. Kostas and Rosina responded to our calls for assistance using the app. We had no car so getting heavy drinking water up the hill was a mighty challenge. But I asked Kostas to bring some and it was soon done. It was very peaceful although boisterous children could be heard nearby. The villa is a little tired. It needs new plumbing in the bathroom and the blown glass in the door panels need sorting. We loved our stay, shopping at Danny's and eating at La Casa where we dined out on delicious food with friendly service.

Beautiful clean villa, comfy beds, all the useful appliances (including aircon, washing machine and dishwasher), pool larger than expected, and the hosts were lovely. The villa's setting is peaceful and scenic, yet a short walk from the restaurants, cafes, shops and beach. We didn't want to leave and would love to go back.

Great villa

The villa is very private with a great swimming pool and has everything in the villa that you would need we are just back from a great week we will definitely be back. 30 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minute drive to the old town which is stunning

Magical place!

The villa is in a wonderful setting, very private. The accommodation is comfortable and the pool is lovely. We couldn't have picked a better spot. If there is a down side the a/c in the living room was not working and it was flakey in the bedroom. This did not detract from oud break.

Lovely Villa

We had a wonderful week in Dassia. The Villa is perfectly equipped, perfect for a couple. The location is good for day trips in every direction. We´ve been there in October and had a great late summer condition. Good and fast communication with the hosts. Thank you and see you again.

Peaceful, secluded property up a hill but only 10 mins walk away from a busy road with lots of shops, restaurants, etc. Sea front is a little further away but only a short car journey.The pool is large and fresh water-fed which makes it very pleasant.The villa itself is compact but is large enough for two people. It's reasonably well-equipped but would benefit from some updating. The aircon works well and the beds are comfortable.The hosts are generous and respond quickly to questions.In summary, it's an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday.

Having stayed at this property several times before and enjoyed the privacy and the lovely pool & surroundings. We feel the inside of the property is in need of updating & softer mattresses on the beds would be appreciated. We are looking forward to returning to the property in the future.

Perfect Happy Place

We first stayed here in 2019. The furnishings are exactly the same as they were then, however this did not affect our 3 week stay in June 2024. It is the most peaceful, tranquil place to stay and is so private. The bars and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk away. The pool was clean and the gardens well maintained. A home from home with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and full working oven/hob. Important for us was the supply of egg cups, as we do like our eggs in the morning 😁 Hot water was an issue for a couple of days but was quickly sorted when we flaggged it up. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Corfu.

Wunderschön und ruhig

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Bei der Ankunft waren reichlich Getränke und Obst bereit gestellt, ebenso kleine kosmetika im Bad.Es war eine absolute Ruhe da oben. Alles komplett sauber. Kontakt zu den Vermietern war perfekt und sehr angenehm.Alles für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc in der nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

Außen besser als innen

Ungestört vom oft lauten Dassia kann man hier tolle Urlaubstage verbringen. Der überdachte Tisch ist der Mittelpunkt des Objekts. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist groß und schön. Innen allerdings sind ein paar Sachen in die Jahre gekommen und müßten dringend renoviert werden. Außnahme nur das Schlafzimmer, wo alles top ist. Nichts daran hat den Genuss am Aufenthalt geschmälert.

Very Private Location

Villa Aleca is exactly as described and shown on the photos. It's very private but within 10 minutes' walk down the hill to the nearest Restaurant/Shops. There are many more Restaurants/Shops a within a further 10-minute walk from the bottom of the hill. We ate at many of the Restaurants but by far the best was the Owners own Bistro L'Appetito, stay at Villa Aleca and you will see for yourself. Rosina (the host), her Husband and the whole team are very lovely people and will take great care of you whilst you stay at Villa Aleca. Thier care was far and above anything else we have experienced when staying at a villa, of which we have many times. We would definitely return here. The outside area/pool is amazing, so much space. It is exactly as the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Aleca and would highly recommend to anyone wanting peace and quiet.
