We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. One thing I would suggest is getting new mattress. It is quite worn and lumpy. Apart from that it's a great place.

Over night stay.

Lovely property however not cleaned to very high standard’s. Check in time is 4pm however you have to leave by 10am. We called to ask for an early check in considering check out is 10am and got told this wasn’t possible, however we arrived at 2.45 and the property was ready and available. The company said they would call if property was available earlier however no call.

Location was absolutely fantastic with easy access to all the local spots. Host was easily reachable and we appreciated all the things left to enhance our stay including the coffee capsules, tea, milk, dishwasher tablets, shower gel/shampoo etc. Space was as described, facilities were good and it was very clean. Cons included parking being a little further than expected, as we were given permits for zone W, whereas the parking outside the residence was zone H. Possibly a map may be helpful for future guests so they can locate the parking permit zones? The thermosat for the heating was not working at all and the apartment was extremely hot upon arrival. This meant the windows needed to be kept open whenever we were in the property, but it also took a long time to cool down as there were only two very small openable windows in the entire apartment. Unfortunately only one loo roll was provided for the stay of 3 nights and the double bed turned out to be two attached singles, which made sleeping uncomfortable. However, overall the location and standard of the apartment resulted in an enjoyable stay.

Lovely accomodation but noisy

The accomodation is stunning. Well kitted out with stylish decoration and lovely furniture however, the noise from the upstairs apartment was at times unbelievably loud. Resulted in early mornings as you woke up when they woke up and then distracting through the day. Don't know if it's floor boards or lack of insulation so need to be aware and prepared.

At the mercy of whoever is upstairs

The place is Immaculately decorated and very well appointed with high quality appliances. The problem with the property is that it feels that there has been no soundproofing between the apartment and the upstairs accommodation. We are assuming that has hardwood floors. Children running and jumping and furniture moving - all in a normal way I’m sure - was incredibly noisy when you are sitting downstairs in the place we rented.
