Great location and very comfortable

The fun decor was great and the apartment was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Perfect location, between all the great neighborhoods. And still on a street that was pretty quiet. My only issue was having enough hot water for a shower. The water tank is 80 liters, so we needed to be quick. But this is probably common in Lisbon. Overall a really lovely place to stay.

Greta location for staying and has a ton of charm with the necessities. A few things to note though are that there are only stairs up to the 4th floor which wasn’t an issue for us and was clear from the listing. Also sometime to note is the tram runs along the street and you can hear it at night if you’re a light sleeper. Worth it though for the location!

A nice apartment in a very convenient area of central Lisbon. A/C was useful and worked nicely. No issues with noise and check in/out was easy. Our complaints really are that there were ants in the kitchen coming out of the tiles if we left any food out at all or dishes unwashed. There was no washing liquid, sponges, extra bin bags or tea towel to dry dishes with - we had to buy these ourselves (which were then useless because every other apartment, including another GuestReady one in Porto, had them!). Generally I think the kitchen and bathroom could do with a refresh at some point soon too. Overall I would stay here again and hope that the issues were addressed as they should be fairly easy fixes.

The only complaints we had was a musty smell coming from the bathroom sink drain and linens that did not fit on the bed properly. Lovely spot in the heart of it all!

A mere minutes walk from so many great restaurants, vistas, and historic sites. Easy access to Lisbon Rossio station for excursions to Sintra and others. The property was perfectly clean and cozy. Contact with management was always responsive. We loved our stay! Pay extra attention to the "No Lift" - if multiple flights of stairs leave you out of breath, this would be challenging.

Gritty Lisbon

Warm weather. Perfect for walking. Lisbons streets are a bit dirty. Up and down big hills. Tuk tuk tour was great to see an over view. Food walking tour was fantastic and recommend doing that in beginning of stay. We did For the Love of Cod food tour and Marina was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Lisbon. We appreciated fast communication via the guest ready app. It was a fab central location, close to all attractions, public transport and local amenities. It was quiet inside with doors & blinds shut helped us sleep well. The air conditioning worked well for the warmer days we experienced. We were prepared for the stairs and our 2 kids loved them but we’re glad we only had to carry our bags up them once! Would suit able-bodied people (or lively older children like us) with light luggage.

This apartment was as advertised, including pictures and description. It is very close in walking distance to the main sights in the city, as well as delicious restaurants. This is in the advertisement but it should be reiterated that there is no elevator and the property is 5 floors up. My 75 year old mother would not have been able to carry her luggage if we had not been there to help her. There is also no parking nearby. I would really encourage you not to have a car in Lisbon as it is unnecessary and a pain. Those things being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Un mauvais séjour pour le prix !

-les protège matelas des lits étaient plein de cheveux et de miasmes, c’était dégoûtant.-on s’est gelé dans cet appartement car les Clim qui peuvent annoncer 28 ou 30 ne chauffe pas c’est un appartement très humide-l’immeuble était dans le noir pour nos quatre premiers jours et personne pour nous ouvrir l’immeuble. Nous sommes restés une partie de la soirée devant à ne pas savoir quoi faire.-des odeurs dans la salle de bain, horrible, tout le séjour malgré deux bouteilles de DT-un lit, tellement creusé que j’ai dû dormir dans le living-room, c’est inacceptable pour 141 la nuit…-et Personnes, bien entendu pour vous rappeler pour savoir si tout est rentré dans l’ordre…-un fer à repasser qui date d’il y a 30 ans, absolument rayé qui n’a pas pu, je les repasser en chemisier de travail, c’est honteux pour le prix-la bonne, note, reste sur l’emplacement, il faut revoir l’étanchéité des fenêtres, tout passe au travers, on sait vraiment gelé avec 3 dehors et des clim qui n’ont pas chauffé l’appartement…

Appartement confortable et très bien situé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec notre fils de 4 ans dans ce bel appartement à la décoration soignée. Idéalement situé au coeur du quartier de la Baixa pour visiter la ville à pieds, l'appartement est pour autant assez calme car perché au 4ème étage. Accueil chaleureux avec plein de bons conseils, merci !

Nice apartment in the centre of Lisbon with everything available within just a short walk. Easy access from the airport via the metro. Being located on the 4th floor was not a problem although with the hot weather, the climb up the stairs became harder every day. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available at the apartment. Communication with the host both before and during our stay was excellent.
