Cet appartement spacieux est neuf et construit en 2016-2017 avec une nouvelle cuisine, du parquet et de nouveaux meubles. L'appartement de 1 500 pieds carrés fait partie d'une maison de 6 000 pieds carrés située sur un terrain de coin avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Norman. Réveillez-vous et voir le lever du soleil ou vous détendre sur le quai et regarder le coucher de soleil sur le lac. Faire tremper dans le bain à remous de 7 personnes tout en regardant le lac.

Apportez la famille Ă  cette façon relaxante et amusante de Charlotte. Profitez d'un accĂšs complet Ă  un paddle board, kayak et canoĂ« qui peut ĂȘtre lancĂ© Ă  partir d'un quai privĂ© et couvert. Nager dans la crique tranquille sans craindre la circulation lourde des bateaux.

L'appartement est entiÚrement approvisionné en assiettes, bols et ustensiles. Un grand réfrigérateur et four accueillent toute famille de taille. Un Keurig est également fourni pour votre tasse de café matinale.

Profitez d'un déjeuner détendu tout en admirant le lac sur le nouvel ensemble de salle à manger ou participez à un film dans la salle familiale avec un téléviseur haute définition Samsung de 55 pouces avec Netflix, Hulu et Amazon Video. The lake views were beautiful! The apartment was very nice and had lake views from every room. Good places to sit and enjoy the view around the home including patio and fire pit area. We enjoyed meals at restaurants within driving distance. We hope to go back in the summer!

Best Getaway Ever!

This property is just as described, it has amazing views of the Lake from every angle. It was very clean, well stocked and very cozy. Dawn and Steve were great host, very attentive and the communication was great. They ensured we were comfortable and they were available for any questions we had. The dogs were like family, we enjoyed them. Don't hesitate to book this property. We are alreadylooking for possible dates to return. We enjoyed our 5 night stay over the Memorial day Holiday. We will be back soon !!

Beautiful Location

The lakefront apartment was perfect for our family getaway. Having access to a perfect spot on Lake Norman just made it that much more enjoyable and relaxing! The hosts were very gracious and communicative throughout. We hope to visit again soon.

We love this place

Perfect location on Lake Norman. We have stayed here now several times on our way back and forth from Ohio to Florida. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene with spectacular lake views all around. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The king bed in the master bedroom is beyond comfortable. This place is truly a gem. We’ll be back over and over again!

OUTSTAND!!!

I cannot say enough as to the fabulous 3 days I had with one of my very best friends. It was a girls getaway. The beauty of the property and lakefront gorgeous and was just what we needed. The accommodations were excellent, and we so enjoyed the hosts Steve and Dawn, who made themselves available if we needed anything. They are without a doubt super hosts!! we enjoyed the firepit, the hot tub and especially their adorable 3 dogs. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Steve and Dawn!!!

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for two nights on our way down to Georgia. This was quiet and quaint and was just perfect. Hosts were super friendly. I didn’t read the entire review that there were 2 labs/dogs on the property however it was just fine! They were sweet!

Great host, and quick to respond!! Beautiful view, had all the amenities we needed and more. Good experience, would like to go back. An extra for dog lovers, owner has three dogs.

Steve and Dawn have been married for 29 years and have two children who both graduated from High Point University. Steve spent 21 years in the Marine Corps and retired in 2005 as a Major. Prior to moving to North Carolina, Dawn was a special education teacher in New Jersey and Steve was a Custom Home Builder. Steve and Dawn have relocated "Wilkinson Custom Homes" to North Carolina and build one or two houses a year. Dawn enjoys landscaping and traveling and Steve is hopelessly addicted to the sport of golf. The Wilkinson's have two Golden Retrievers who will greet you upon your arrival.

The home is located on a "Point Lot" on Lake Norman which affords 270 degrees of lake view. The home also has a boat house built in 1962 which the VRBO guests will also have access to. There is a back porch for the guests with a table and chairs and there is also a gas grill available for guest use.
