Lovey home with amazing views would definitely recommend staying here, convenient to grocery stores, local shops, and A nice market on Fridays in Bantry.

A beautiful location

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. The view was spectacular. The area is rugged and isolated which made it perfect for getting away from everything.

Peaceful lovely penninsula

We loved the comfort of the home. The gorgeous views 360 degrees. The surrounding villages. Great place to make as your hub to stay or go play.

Sea View Holiday Home Sheeps Head. WOW, what can I say. We had a great time staying in Sea view

Loved the house and the views. This is just a suggestion, but maybe and outdoor swing set/trampoline or something for younger kids to play on.

Relaxing break

Absolutely loved the location and cottage. Stunning views and peace…… oh the peace and quiet! Visited Ireland for many years and will never get bored of such a wonderful part of the country. Minor… but a set of spare keys would be good as we were a large family Nothing to fault at all

A stunningly beautiful location, such a lovely house. Well equipped, comfortable sofas and beds. Road from Bantry quite narrow so rake care at night. Lovely part of Cork. Loved it!

The big things

We cook, so the kitchen was fab Location is amazing Great walks and views A few pints in Eileen's pub in Kilcohane after the walk. Local shopkeeper was a great man to talk Showers water pressure was poor Can't light an open fire

Spectacular!

What a lovely and well equipped house! The location and the view is unbelievably beautiful! My husband and me had the most relaxing time! Great for people, who enjoy the peace and tranquillity of undisturbed nature! The host was also very friendly and key collection was uncomplicated. Thanks for the great memories!

Beautiful house in stunning location

This house is really spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. It's also in a stunning location with a beautiful terrace overlooking Bantry Bay. It's perfect if you want peace and quiet and it provides easy access to the unspolit rugged attractions of Sheeps Head. It's quite a remote location but if that's what you're looking for, you'll be happy with this. Nothing

Sheepshead is heaven

The location is fantastic and the views from the house are amazing. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The showers in the double rooms are fabulous. The caretaker was very responsive and welcoming. The TV box did not work and the TV does not have Netflix app or other platforms (the weather was pretty horrible otherwise this wouldn't have mattered) The bed linen quality could be improved

Silent retreat

Excellent view, silence, nice kitchen, generous sleeping rooms, Sheep Head's walks rear contact with the responsable person (no, when leaving the house!) different damages (entrance gate, lock of main door, drain shower upstairs, missing light bulbs)

Amazing Place

The house was perfect the views out of this world. You could ask for no more from this fabulous place. If you want to get away from it all to re charge this is the place and yet only 20 mins to big town. A beautiful small sandy beach just on way in to Bantry kept our 7 seven year-old happy. Lovely early morning walks and evenings watching the sunset even got to see the cruise ship travel by to the delight of grandson, and the lovely farmer and his cows who had a wave and smile everyday for him Thank you. There is not a thing that could improve on what is being offered with this amazing house Thank you we all had a fabulous time

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!

Family and friends absolutely loved our time at this property. You simply cannot find a more comfortable and beautiful home! There were 6 of us and we never felt crowded. 3.5 baths were awesome. The view on the water on one side and hills on the opposite side. It is remote and you will definitely need a car. If you aren't intimidated by driving narrow roads you'll be just fine. It's not a very populated area in Sheepshead, which I love! It's quiet and has a charm all its own. I would definitely look at staying here again God willing on my next trip to Ireland!!

Wonderful house!

First favorite thing-the view of Bantry Bay! It’s even better than the pictures! Second favorite-the house itself! Beautiful, modern, large house with 3 plus bathrooms, 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Loved the large kitchen (could use a new set of non-stick pans) and living rooms. The house is about 25 minutes away from Bantry so if you are ok with a bit of isolation, this is a great location! Tina, the property manager was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly with any concerns. Also, happened to meet the owner who was extremely nice. Non-stick pots and pans would be great. Needed to have a roll of paper towels for the kitchen and several more kitchen trash bags.

Prachtig huis met uitzicht

Alles was prima in orde in het ruime en gezellige huis met een unieke ligging met uitzicht op de Bantry Bay. We verbleven er met acht en er was meer dan voldoende ruimte voor iedereen. De wandelingen over Sheep’s Head waren pittig, maar prachtig. Na iedere beklimming weer een nieuw panorama!

Amazing location

The location of the holiday home is breath taking as it overlooks bantry bay. There is some fabulous hillwalking outside your front door. The host, Tina, was very helpful. The only thing that might be improved would be the TV service, espesially if you have kids in the house for the evening time or if the weather was bad. Other than that its a fine big house.

Magnifique cottage

J’ai passé un super séjour dans ce cottage. Il est entièrement équipé, grand, propre et avec une vue exceptionnelle ! Parfait pour les amoureux de la tranquillité et des grands espaces. J’ai juste manqué de chauffage à l’étage de la maison.

Beautiful home with an amazing view

House was superb. View was great! We were blessed with incredible weather. Tina was so helpful and friendly. Beautiful area with a lovely pier within a 10 minute walk where our teenagers happily went swimming every day! Hope to return! Thanks so much! All was super but a coffee pod machine would have been great as we are major coffee drinkers! Few hooks in rooms to hang up towels, coats, etc. But I’m really trying hard to find many improvements!! Maybe an extra key as we had two cars and it would have been handy if my kids also had had a key.

This house is absolutely faultless. More than fully equipped, spotless, warm, spacious, private, mesmerising views. It's no surprise that it's fully booked! We plan to stay again as soon as a space opens up.
