Islander Condo # 213 est une unité Silver View de West View pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Évitez les ascenseurs avec un accès facile au rez-de-chaussée et au parking par les escaliers à proximité du condo. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et tous les outils nécessaires pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. Réunissez-vous autour de la table de la salle à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes ou détendez-vous dans le salon pour regarder la télévision 32 pouces avec accès au câble numérique et un lecteur DVD / VHS. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.

La chambre principale pittoresque dispose d'une nouvelle suite avec un lit king size et d'un combo TV / DVD HD / LCD 27 ". La salle de bain a été récemment mise à jour avec une nouvelle vasque double et des miroirs. La chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux et d’un combo TV / DVD de 24 pouces. La salle de bain d'invité a été mise à jour avec une nouvelle vanité et des comptoirs.

Aventurez-vous sur le balcon privé et admirez les bateaux entrant et sortant du port par le col est ou l'un des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle qu'une soirée peut offrir.

Fantastic Stay in Destin!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was absolutely perfect—super clean, well-sized, and in a great resort! The short walk to the beach made it easy to enjoy the sand and waves, and the two pools were a blast. The hot tub was the hottest I’ve ever been in! There were fun activities for the kids all week, keeping them entertained and making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were a nice size. The balcony was nice to sit out on in the morning before it got too hot. The beach chairs were a wonderful added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was convenient to anything you’d want to do off property. We would recommend this to others.

Great Getaway

Perfect size for me and my family. Pool right outside our balcony and a quick 5 min walk to the beach. Great location. Felt very “homey”. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week with our family at the beach! Our only quirks were the left master sink was plugged and sometimes the people at the pool were loud late into the night, it not overwhelmingly. Unfortunately the beach itself has a major slope and is hard to walk sometimes but the water and sand were gorgeous! The condo was great and had everything we needed, and we loved the two pool options as well!

Amazing spring break!

We were a group of 6 and this condo was perfect for us! Plenty of room! Great location and proximity to beach, stairs and elevators. Very easy walk to the beach! The guy who set up chairs and umbrellas was so helpful and had us all set up every morning. The beach was not over crowded or crazy! We loved every minute spent on this beach! The condo had all appliances, dishes, cups, towels, blankets, pillows and even boogie boards! Super clean! Thanks for a great stay! Booking for next summer as soon as we can!

Not happy with the cleaningness

When arriving to the condo room 213 to where we are staying from 10/16-10/19 I wasn't a happy guess having to see this type of filth. It really made be unhappy because it was something I had to lay on. I always check the bedding for the cleaningness where ever I will be staying. In observation of the bed I found hair strands, blood stains, and stains on the mattress pad cover, food crumbs. Yes, they came and removed it but as they changed the bedding when leaving the room while collecting the dirty bedding they placed the dirty things on the clean bedding. I don't know if they understand cross contamination or not but if I wanted to be ugly I should have asked for them to change the new bedding. Also as I went into the bathroom it was long hair strands of hair handing on the bath towels so we didn't use anything in the bathroom. Then I will stay as we sat on the couches there were some crumbs on the arms of the couch. These things make me really upset because you all charge for house keeping and things like that but the ones that's there to clean before we come isn't doing a good job at all to clean. I feel like I should be compensated for some of my stay because I should have to see any of that it was just nasty. Another thing the first bathroom tub doors has so much rust on them that they could be replaced. What ridiculous is that it's hair in the tub and it has to be cleaned because it wastnt and that's so nasty thats not acceptable if someone is supposed to be cleaning them they need to do that. Everyone that was with me either had bald head or short hair and all of this observation was done before we done anything in there. I don't know who is checking these rooms but somebody needs to.
