Islander Condo # 312 est une unité de West View, Gold qui peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Évitez les ascenseurs avec un accès facile au rez-de-chaussée et au parking par les escaliers à proximité du condo. Entrez dans notre paradis tropical idéalement situé pour un accès rapide et facile à la plage ou aux deux piscines de votre choix.

La cuisine a été récemment rénovée avec de nouvelles armoires et des comptoirs en granit. Elle est entièrement équipée avec tous les outils pour répondre à vos besoins de cuisson. avec un combo lecteur DVD et accès par câble numérique. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible pour les invités.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision avec lecteur DVD et d'une tél��vision à écran plat 24 pouces. La salle de bain a une nouvelle vanité avec des comptoirs en granit et un combo baignoire / douche. La chambre d'amis dispose de 2 lits jumeaux et d'un combo TV / DVD de 24 pouces avec station d'accueil pour iPod. La salle de bain d'invité a une nouvelle vanité avec des comptoirs en granit et un combo baignoire / douche.

Great place!

This place was everything we wanted and more! Had quick access to the beach, 2 pools, access to a laundry area, located around many restaurants, target and Winn Dixie are within a mile, I could go on and on about how great this place was! Already looking at further dates to book our next family vacation here! Also, the movie night by the pool was a hit for our family!

Great place!

Our family really enjoyed this property during our time in Destin. It was extremely clean and is a very short walk to the beach. There are activities each day at the condo which our kids enjoyed (painting, DJ by pool, movie night by pool, etc). The balcony also has a great view of the firework show!

1st time to Destin

We wanted something close to the beach. This was it. This is literally right on the beach, very easy to pack an infant back and forth. Also this room has a pool view. Perfect for checking on the older kids. Will stay here again no doubt!

Another Wonderful Week

Our 5th year in Destin and 3rd at this location. ALWAYS a wonderful time. This particular unit had carpet throughout (which was a big hit with the fam). Cool things daily on site for the kiddos, special crafts, painting, live music and movies by the pool! Will be our go to spot for years to come.

A marvelous stay, which exceeded expectations.

This stay was everything we had hoped for, and much more. The beautiful comfortable condo was stocked with everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect, very close walk to the beach, and beautiful water views from the balcony - perfect for meals and after-dinner drinks. Convenient grounds with two heated pools, two hot tubs, grills, and a gym - for the times we weren't at the actual beach. Restaurants are able to deliver to the lobby, if you want to avoid crowds. Concierge available 24/7 for checking in and any questions you may have. We absolutely hope to return and stay here again!

Wish it has a bigger gym and the elevators worked all the time. Other than that, we love it. Also, it's getting a little pricey so we may explore other options.

Great Beach Apartment

Our stay was very enjoyable! The entire place was very clean upon arrival. The beds were all very comfortable except for the pull out in the couch. I would recommend future guests bring an air mattress or sleep on the couch instead. There were plenty of towels for 6 people, but not enough trash bags or toilet paper, so bring your own! The front desk was super helpful and the building comes with carts to help you unload your car. The beach was a short walk past the pool and the beach chairs were always available for us during the day. Plenty of amazing restaurants around 3 miles away (short Uber ride). There’s also a grocery store and a target a mile up the road. Overall, great stay!!!

Relaxing Getaway with Room for Small Improvements

We stayed for 12 days and overall had a great experience at this vacation rental in Destin. The location was fantastic, and we especially appreciated the included beach chairs and umbrella—such a nice touch. The functioning icemaker was also a huge plus and saved us from having to buy ice during our stay.That said, there were a couple of hiccups. We had to call maintenance to unclog the sink in the master bedroom, and unfortunately, the cleaning crew missed a pretty unpleasant mess in the spare room with the twin beds—someone had thrown up behind the door and across the entryway, and we had to request a cleanup after checking in. Also, for a 12-day stay, only being provided two trash bags (and one more when we asked) felt a bit stingy. We ended up buying our own, which was a minor inconvenience.Despite those small issues, we loved our time here and would definitely consider staying again. The comfort, location, and beach amenities made it a relaxing getaway.
