Évadez-vous à Sandcastle! Maison familiale à seulement un mile de la plage et du village

Cette spacieuse maison de trois chambres est située dans un quartier calme et familial à seulement un mile de la plage et à un mile du village. Il y a une piste cyclable qui se connecte à Ashantilly pour un accès facile à l'une ou l'autre destination. La maison offre une cuisine bien équipée avec des armoires personnalisées, des comptoirs en granit, une cuisinière à gaz et un poêle, deux salles de bain rénovées avec des carreaux de métro et des comptoirs en granit et de nouveaux sols partout.

La chambre principale dispose d'un matelas king size en mousse à mémoire de forme (2017) pour une bonne nuit de sommeil et dispose d'une salle de bain attenante et d'un dressing. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size avec matelas en mousse à mémoire (2017) et un grand placard. La chambre avec lits superposés dispose d'un lit superposé ainsi que d'un lit gigogne double (tous les nouveaux matelas en mousse à mémoire), d'une télévision et d'un lecteur DVD. Un pack-n-play jumbo est fourni pour vos plus petits invités.

Le garage stocke des chaises de plage et des jouets et offre un grand parking pour une voiture et des vélos ou une voiturette de golf.

Le patio arrière est complet avec un barbecue au charbon et des chaises adirondack.

Amazing Location!

Even though it was a short stay, we really enjoyed our time here. Lay out was perfect for a family and location is close to everything. Great quiet neighborhood for evening strolls with the kids.

Perfect getaway

Property was perfect for the few days we spent on St. Simons Island. All of the food recommendations were fabulous. Sellers were easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early. Would stay here again!

The property was clean and perfect for us. We had an elderly woman with us and the house was one level and zero steps so it was accessible to her. The airport did not bother us at all with noise. Great home to stay in!

This is a beautifully appointed one-story home. We felt they had everything we needed and enjoyed waking up there everyday. The living room area was very comfortable and we appreciated the convenience of getting to the beach or the pier fairly easily. There was some communication issues via the VRBO app prior to our stay, but other than that the hosts were very kind and responsive via text after we arrived. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful. Relaxed. Location!

We stayed at Sandcastle for 3 weeks and wanted to stay longer. It’s close to everything. Just a golf cart, walk, or bike away. The house is clean, quiet and ready to go. The hosts are wonderful and responsive. The neighborhood is quiet quiet quiet.

BEST VACATION EVER!

We booked a week to spend time with our grandchildren, ages 10-14. The location is great. Nicely furnished, perfect layout with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Big dining table for eating together. We felt at home here and would definitely book it again. Waldo was very responsive to our text.

This home was just perfect! In person the home is even more beautiful than in the photos. The home is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bedding was nice to sleep on. The home exceeded our expectations. My parents went along and they don't do stairs well so it was easily for them to navigate.

We enjoyed our stay - Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood.

Everything from the time we arrived until the time we had to leave was super nice. We felt like we were right at home there. The rooms were plentiful and well furnished. We like the location of the house also - easy access to the bike path, the beaches, Jekyll Island, along with shopping and dining. BTW, we really enjoyed Southern Soul BBQ - we recommend a trip there also :-) This was our 2nd vacation to Saint Simon's Island and we would certainly try to arrange staying in this house again. Wonderful vacation spot!

This was our first time to SSI and we didn’t know what to expect. The island was SO beautiful and full of rich history. The home was perfect for our family! So many thoughtful details for a family stay. We stayed with our 7 young children and it was amazing. The kids LOVED all the books and board games. I really appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was. Lots of serving bowls, Tupperware, baking dishes, and even a high chair. It really felt like visiting a family home and not just a generic vacation rental. Access to the garage for loading and unloading was helpful. We were so grateful for the extra beach chairs, sand pails, etc. Our only critique was that the grill needed to be cleaned and was pretty rusted so we just didn’t use it. But, that was a very minor issue! Thanks for the amazing stay!!!

College move-in weekend

We had five adults staying at the Sandcastle house while we moved our youngest daughter into her college dorm. There was plenty of room for everyone and the location was very convenient to everything on the island. I would definitely stay at this house again if we return to St. Simons Island.

Perfect getaway

The house was in a great central location, very close to the beach, lighthouse, and downtown. House was perfect for our family especially the kids room. Lots of puzzles, books, board games, and movies, which was a lovely surprise. Very clean and comfortable. The BEST part of our stay was the property manager! They were super responsive to any questions we had. Also, my grandmother had accidentally left some sentimental jewelry behind and the property owner was beyond helpful in getting it back to her which meant so much!!!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Everything was great! Property in a quiet neighborhood, highly accessible and family-friendly, perfect one-level home with no steps which was super important for our elderly grandparents. Big appreciation for the cleanliness, large washer/dryer and stocked kitchen. Our multi-generational group enjoyed the available amenities/extras such as the charcoal grill, puzzles/board-games, good internet signal and two TVs with streaming service. We highly recommend this place!

The Sandcastle neighborhood is truly a hidden gem. While the entrance is located off Skylane Rd, there is a bike/cart path that connects us to Ashantily for easy access to the Village without having to ride on the main roads.
