A 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse in the popular Mariners Landing Subdivision

A coastal themed townhouse with a screened in patio and year round pool. This home offers new construction and a beautifully decorated space with all the amenities you need to relax. Located on the southern end of Saint Simons Island in Mariners Landing which is 2.5 miles from the beach and Pier Village. The complex is also a .2 mile walk away from the gorgeous Gascoigne Park & Epworth By the Sea where there are walking trails, a fishing pier, picnic tables and disc golf. We love to walk over to the Pier or into Epworth and catch beautiful sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway. Three beach chairs provided. Fast reliable ATT Fibre 500Mbps. Epworth Park is a 3 minute ride that features, eight re-surfaced tennis courts, Bocce Ball courts and pickleball courts all free of charge. Numerous golf courses on & off island within 10-25 minutes. Inquire via direct message.

The entire house (except the garage where we store personal items) is available for your use. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare and cook a delicious meal. There is an ample supply of spices, non stick spray etc...A new gas grill is also available to use outside. Please inquire should you want to utilize. A laundry room is included with detergent. Enjoy the beautiful pool overlooking a tranquil pond in the complex with key access located by the front door. This townhome comfortably sleeps 6 but is equipped for up to 7 guests including children. Please see pictures. Each room include TVs with cable and a dvd player (if anyone still uses those). The front foyer features a hall tree to organize beach towels, sandy shoes and other accessories. While enjoying your stay a starter supply of toiletries will be provided for your convenience.

Umbrella, three beach chairs & two boogie boards provided.

Beautiful house, great host. Host actually messaged us on arrival day allowing us the choice to check in 3 hours early. That was awesome. Would definitely stay there again. Great location, everything we did was very close. No complaints at all. Beautiful kitchen.

We stayed for a few days at the 4th. Location was great and easy to get anywhere on the island. Property was spacious and had what we needed and more. Hosts were very helpful and even solved a small problem we had without hesitation!! Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic Condo!

We loved our stay here. The property was gorgeous and the pool was a close walk. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner was great communicating with the couple of things that came up. We would definitely recommend!

Destination wedding

We visited to attend a family wedding with many events scheduled throughout the weekend. The townhouse was spacious and allowed us room to visit with friends and family who dropped by at different times. The location was ideal and made it easy to reach the events which were all scheduled in or near the village area. Everyone slept well and appreciated the comfort of the mattresses.

We had a wonderful time. Thank you for sharing your amazing property with our family. My husband and I traveled in by car with our five children (ages 9-17) from OK for spring break. We loved the island and the property is in such a great location. It accommodated our family perfectly. We’d definitely stay here again!

A lovely property for a stay on St Simons Island

The townhouse is really well equipted with everything you might need. The kitchen is large and the bedrooms are comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet, though plenty of folks around. It is an easy walk to the water/park and an easy bike ride to many locations. The only drawback was the proximity to the road on the Master Bedroom and screen room side of the townhouse and the traffic noise took a bit to get used to. Otherwise, the owners were very helpful and super responsive!

Great place to stay for family!

It was the perfect fit for our family. The pool is just a few steps away and there are grocery stores and restaurants just around the corner! Would definitely return!

Relaxing Stay

After a few glitches on the day of check-in, we had a great stay. It townhome was very well stocked and the owner was quick to respond at check-in. I would say the only draw back was how close the master was to the main road. Traffic noise was difficult to deal with during the day, so an afternoon snooze was a no-go for us, but we found the beach relaxing in the afternoon and not too crowded or noisy. We enjoyed our stay

Great overall!

Everything was perfect. The accommodations were as pictured, beds super comfortable, had everything we needed for our family of 6 and very clean and well kept. Location was also central to everything and the pool facilities were very clean ans nice as well. Highly recommend all around!

First trip to St. Simons

The home is beautiful and impeccably clean. The beds slept amazing. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The screened porch was perfect for our family to sit and put a puzzle together. We enjoyed the pool every night after dinner. Short drive to the public beach, restaurant options, and shops. We had an amazing time and hope to visit again!

We are happy to share our beautiful home which we also use from time to time. As fellow VRBO users ourselves, we strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible by providing the "little things." You will be interacting directly with Andrew & Stephanie. The property is absolutely perfect for families! Our complex has a pool and is 3 miles away from the beach. Mariners Point is very close to many great restaurants including Halyards and Dorothy's Cocktail & Oyster Bar. It is also walking distance to very popular places in St. Simons including, Gascoigne Park and Epworth retreat center, both right down the street. The park has a fishing pier where many have caught sting rays, sharks, fish etc. The park also has picnic tables, walking trails and disc golf. We love to walk over to the Pier or Epworth and catch beautiful sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway.

Check in is 3pm and Check out is 10am. There is a $50 fee for anyone with a late check out unless it is communicated with the host. We provide the following during your stay:
2 rolls of bath tissue per bathroom
1 box of facial tissue per bathroom
1 roll of kitchen paper towels
1 trial size bottle of dish detergent
2 Finish dishwasher tablets
1 packet of laundry detergent
1 bath soap for every bath faucet

*Service Fee. This is VRBO's additional fee (approximately 12%) required of you when you book and pay on this site.
*Sales tax of 12 % for short term vacation stays must be paid to the state of Georgia and local Glynn County.
