Newly refurbished apartment is perfect choice for your visit with excellent location!

The space
Apartment is 50 sqm big and consist of kitchenette, two bedrooms, dining and living area and bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchenette provides everything you will need to cook such as refrigerator, electric kettle, stove and cutlery.One bedroom has single bed and another one double bed. 4th guest can sleep on convertible sofa in living area.
Apartment also has private, furnished balcony with partial sea view.
Apartment compromise free WiFi, free parking.
Old city is 1,5 km away and its short walk, approx 15-20 minutes.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

The place was decent size, clean, nice balcony to rest in, met our needs, owner was helpful, location was good, far enough from the crowds, but not too far to make a daily taxi too cost prohibitive.

Glorious residence!

Good stay, for less of the price outside the old town. Would recommend for people trying to save money. However some of the plug sockets were out of the wall and were unsafe. The WiFi was also not great at the top floor of the location.

Brilliant service!

Great stay for a group of three friends. The local beach was easy to access, short walk to the old town and to the port. A few restaurants close by to eat at and a shop right next door for the essentials.

Had an amazing stay, great location with the beach near by. Great communication and even provided us with 2 new fans after we asked as it was quite hot. Would highly recommend this place!

Location is very good, small wild beach 5 minutes away, commercial beach 20 minutes away and old town 17 minutes away. Just great value for what you get at an expensive time during summer, Martina was very welcoming.

Great host and walkable beautiful beach to swim in. 25 minutes away from old town by foot which meant it wasn’t crazy busy with tourists which is what I wanted. %100 recommended.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

The location was convenient, being walking distance to old town but in a quieter neighborhood. The apartment was clean and cute. My biggest difficulty was the wifi was very bad, making it impossible to use. It is not possible to do any online work here. Overall a good spot if wifi isn't important to you.

Dubrovnik was great. Music Apartment left much to be desired.

the location was good, quiet, easy enough to find. small market right on the corner. Nice to have a wash machine for laundry, but with no dryer it took over a full day for hung clothes to dry.

Thanks so much for your apartment. It was a nice peaceful trip. The location was great and we had everything we needed close by. I’ll recommend this apartment to anyone who’s planning on going to Dubrovnik. I go regularly and this was definitely to a good standard. Thanks once again. :)

Major-league holiday!

we had a fantastic stay in the Music House in Dubrovnik. The communication was excellent throughout and they were superhelpful. Nothing is to much trouble, staying up late to greet us and making sure we got into the apartment OK and finding us an an adaptor when she bumped into us shopping. I would 💯% recommend this apartment and host to anyone.

Arrivée et depart autonomes et informations fournies par la conciergerie (très réactifs via whatsapp) Place de parking gratuite (inestimable pour Dubrovnik !) mais qui demande quelques manœuvres. Plage à 2 minutes à pieds.
