This 110sqm apartment has everything you can wish for at your holidays! Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom can accommodate up to 7 persons. Balcony with a dining table with amazing view is perfect place to drink your morning coffee or to end summer day with a glass of wine. At your disposal you have two bathrooms with shower. Cosy living room with TV is perfect for a lay-down after exploring Dubrovnik. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you can ask for: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher. Apartment is air conditioned and has a wifi.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets is one of the favorite parts of Dubrovnik. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 1o min away buy a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

Extraordinary journey!
This is a beautiful location with amazing views. It is spacious and comfortable. It is within walking distance to Old Town and many other activities but know that Dubrovnik has lots of stairs and hills!!

The view is incredible. Even better than the pictures! They only gave us one key. This is a problem when you are travelling with 6 adults and was a problem all week long. You definitely need at least two keys for a group. The air conditioning only worked 2 out of 6 nights and it was very hot. It was eventually fixed. I requested a partial refund and they say a small refund is coming.

Admirable and clean accommodation!
Fantastic location, easy walk to Old Town, and Dubrovnik Port. The views from the apartment are utterly beautiful. The host is very responsive and welcoming.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Martina’s place! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed but still peaceful. Martina was a kind and responsive host who made sure we felt welcome. We’d definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area!

The view of this apartment was so fabulous we had an amazing time! Right by Bellevue beach as well which we loved. Would totally love to come back to Dubrovnik and stay here again.

The views and access to the sea fir a swim make this an exceptional property

Extraordinary journey!

Great place for a group of friends. Walking distance to the old town, great area to swim below, great view and balcony much bigger than in pics!

Extraordinary journey!
Lovely place overloooking the sea with pristine views. Martina was a great host - very responsive and helpful. The apartment is large and very comfortable and is about 20 mins walk to the outskirts of Old Town. Highly recommended!

Brilliant service!
Perfectly located appartment, just a 10-minute walk from the old town! Very comfortable and clean — it was the ideal place for our group of 7.
The host was also very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend it!

The view from the place was phenomenal. Although the lane was not suitable for our car, we found the plac eto be great!

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Overrated and Over priced despite the stunning balcony views.
The location is the only real benefit of this apartment over many many others in and around Dubrovnik. This was stunning.
