Beautiful Condo Now Open wk of 8/20!Au Madeira Beach Yacht Club. 6,2 piscines

C'est un charmant condo de deux chambres, au rez-de-chaussée situé dans le trÚs recherché Madeira Beach Yacht Club. C'est juste en face de la belle plage de sable blanc en poudre. Récemment transféré la propriété, est rénové, re-décoré et à partir d'août 2017, cuisine rénovée. L'histoire du locataire répété de cette gemme est une forte indication des salutations des clients.

Le condo climatisé est entiÚrement meublé avec un lit queen-size dans la chambre des maßtres. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux simples. Vous trouverez également le canapé comme un canapé-lit. Notre condo entiÚrement équipé a également un autre lit pliant idéalement placé dans le placard masterbdrm. L'emplacement idéal de cette unité est tout aussi proche des deux piscines et juste en face de la plage du parc Archibald. Winn Dixie Supermarket, nouvelle pharmacie CVS, U. S. Le bureau de poste, la bibliothÚque et de nombreux restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Directement à travers la rue, nous avons également incroyable New R. O.C. Parc du tennis, du basket-ball, du sport et de l'événement, et des allées pavées qui bordent la baie de Boca Ciega. Parfait pour les promenades matinales et nocturnes et les vues du coucher du soleil.

Le club dispose de 2 piscines chauffĂ©es, un centre de remise en forme et une communautĂ© fermĂ©e. Grande pĂȘche des 3 piles. Le condo est au rez-de-chaussĂ©e avec un patio blindĂ©.

Nous offrons des appels gratuits aux États-Unis, au Canada et Ă  Porto Rico, ainsi que l'accĂšs gratuit Ă  Internet rapide (Wi-Fi). Busch Gardens est Ă  seulement 30 minutes et Disney 90 minutes. John's Pass se trouve Ă  2 minutes de Gulf Blvd pour de magnifiques sports nautiques, de la pĂȘche, de nombreux commerces, Bubba Gumps, des pizzas et des restaurants de fruits de mer. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des vacances reposantes sur le sublime Golfe du Mexique.

Another Wonderful Vacation

This was our 3rd time staying here. Its like a home away from home. Tina is always a wonderful host to work with. She made sure to keep in touch with us during Hurricane Idalia making sure we were safe. We will definitely be coming back again and again!

Great location

The condo is in a great location. They have all the necessities for the beach which was great. The only con was that the master Bed was uncomfortable and every time I moved it squeaked worried I would wake up my husband if I had to shift. Otherwise, was great.

Great Vacation Spot

We loved staying here and would definitely do it again! We thought the condo was great for our family and really appreciated all the extra stuff (sand toys, towels, beach caddy, cooler, etc). Having a kitchen and laundry made everything easy. The location was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, store and more. The pool was very close as well as the park and courts across the street. Tina was responsive before and during our stay. We would recommend this condo!

Nice Condo Very Nice Property Manager

The property was older than I expected, but everything was neat clean, and in proper working order. It was nice to have a washer and Dryer in the unit. The pools and hot tub were close by. I enjoyed fishing from the on property fishing piers and it is only 0.4 mile walk to the beach. The property manager was very helpful and was very quick replying to my questions.

Pools were excellent and the property was very well maintained. The condo unit was dirty and dark. The beds were terrible and ugly. One of the poorest condos we have ever stayed in.

Reasonable and safe

The facility is a little dated but has the essentials. Actually a garbage can in every room and replacement of light bulbs would help. We had a wonderful time. The living room furniture is a little broken down and the master bed is too firm but the price was right. A short walk to the beach. Lovely area and low key in August. The larger pool was nice. Perfect for a family of 4.

The Madeira Beach Yacht Club is an excellent location. Easy walking distance to the beach, grocery store, bars, restaurants. The condo could be nicer with a bit of updating. Furniture is worn, feels like you're sitting on the floor. Dishwasher needs a cleaning, refrigerator has trouble closing. Appears that a thorough cleaning is warranted.

Beautiful Stay at Madeira

I rented here for the month of April and it was a terrific stay! It is in a great location! A very short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and the grocery store. A short drive to several nearby towns with lots of other dining, shopping and beach options. The property is located on the inter coastal with lovely views. The pool was a nice break from the beach. Lots of sidewalks within the property made navigation easy. It is security gated which gave a sense of safety. Condo was well stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, pots, pans and utensils making cooking at home easy. One downfall was not a great view from the lanai but a few steps out fixed that. I would definitely recommend this place for your next visit to Madeira beach!

Had everything we needed

Condo was as advertised. Well stocked. Beach was a bit further than I thought, but still ok. Pools were small but nice. Enjoyed the little Snack shak on the beach and John's Pass. Daquiri Shack was great! Not too far to Clearwater either. Great location, close to grocery, stores etc.. Owner was communicative and helpful. TVs were a bit tricky to figure out, instructions for the main tv would be really helpful.

Amazing stay!

Tina was an excellent, responsive and attentive host. The condo was spotless and exactly as described. Not having to worry about packing beach chairs, a cooler, cart and beach towels was an amazing bonus! (Esp with 3 kids.) The location was perfect and we were able to get everything we needed for the week (groceries, etc) from the store and CVS just steps away. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for opening you home to us!

Not so great New Year 2020/2021

This property is not exactly as described or reviewed. I heavily rely on reviews when I am booking a property for the many vacations I take a year so I will be honest and try not to sound harsh. The positives are: Tina is very prompt and friendly. The couch and chase lounge in the living room are very comfortable for seating. There were plenty of linens and some supplies to get you started. Plenty of silverware, glasses and dishes. There are three docks to fish from with cleaning stations. The negatives: The people that live there and apparently part of the Homeowners association are RUDE and nosey. Whatever you do- don't back into a parking space or you will get a ticket. DO NOT attempt to use the gas grill. Rats live in it and scared the crap out of my husband and myself. I should have realized they could be in there when we saw them all over the property in the evening.(I realize this isn't her fault) The unit needs some repairs and things need to be replenished. There is only one spatula in the unit. There was only one frying pan and only a couple pots. The fridge seal does not work properly and doesn't open or close well. The ice trays were broken. You need to really play with the front door handle to get the unit to lock. The master bedroom needs better lighting and a more comfortable mattress. The tile floor would have been softer. (we left a day early just so we could stay in a hotel and get one good night of sleep during our vacation) We tried the twin beds as well. For kids they may be fine but for an adult...not so much. The dishwasher doesn't properly clean the dishes hence you need to rewash what you put in there or just don't use it. The hose in the bathroom needs to be cleaned regularly. I cleaned it three times while I was there and still couldn't get it entirely clean yet the grime would flake when you were in the shower. The bathroom fan doesn't work well but that's because it doesn't look like its been cleaned in years. The "short walk" to the beach involves crossing 2 busy streets and passing by a couple of bars that are a bit rowdy. The TV remote in the master bedroom doesn't work so you have to use the one from the other room. There was only one beach chair for use and it was rusted and didn't work well. We go to Florida every year for at least two weeks for Christmas and New Years. We have rented numerous properties from Clearwater to Venice beach and we will not be staying at anything located in this complex again.

Can't say enough about this beautiful condo. Everything exceeded our expectations. We have even booked this property again, and can't wait to return. We just wanted to say, Thank you to the owner Tina. The Service , communication, and the property was impeccable. I can't say enough about your attention to every detail. Every step of the way, you provided us everything we needed to make our stay, so perfect. On our first night, we arrived very late. We were able to check in effortlessly. We were exhausted, but so over the moon, when we opened the door, everything was better than we could ever imagined. We slept like babies. We couldn't stop talking about how blessed we were. Everyday as we left early in the morning (for my medical treatments), we felt such peace. Coming back to the condo at night, knowing we had this place to retreat to. We also loved the tranquil pool, the park, and all the beautiful jems, Maderia Beach had to offer. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little slice of heaven. Best,Janice and Jake
