Ce bel appartement d'une chambre vous séduira par son emplacement parfait où la grande terrasse surplombe la magnifique piscine chauffée. Les 730 pieds carrés sont très bien divisés en un espace ouvert comprenant le salon / salle à manger / cuisine aria, entièrement rénové avec de nouvelles armoires et comptoirs en granit et une grande chambre avec un lit king size ayant un accès direct à la salle de bain et au grand placard de marche . Vous trouverez 2 télévisions à écran plat, une dans la chambre et une dans le salon, un DVD et un canapé-lit queen pour un hébergement confortable pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Location is perfect! Near Walmart super center, dining, etc. Condo unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pool gate is literally down the stairs. I did have to contact the condo owner and she responded immediately. Very happy with our stay.

I honestly don’t know where to start on how beautiful this place was and affordable. We had the same qualities that we have at our home. The location was amazing getting to and from everywhere we traveled, we were there for four nights. The host was definitely at our call when we needed her.. I will no doubt stay the night here again if not Next year in a couple months, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!!

2-week FL trip

The Apt/Condo was comfortable & nicely decorated. The appliances were top notch & easy to use. The pool was practically out our door, which was so convenient. The location is close to restaurants, beaches & areas of interest. You do need a car, but most trips are quick. Our favorite beach was Indian Rocks.

Blue Jays Spring Training Camp

Our stay at Beverley’s condo was great. Her communication during the process was quick and clear. Check in was smooth. The location was easy to find and we loved the condo, we wish we could stay longer. Having Publix and Dollar store across the street was very handy. All the amenities we needed were included in the condo. Towels, paper towel, TP, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, cooking utensils, lots of pots/pans and dishes plus a Keurig coffee maker. Bring a plastic class for poolside beverages. My favourite amenity was the self filling water jug in the fridge and the ice maker worked perfectly! The king sized bed was very comfortable and sheets were nice feeling. Our adult son slept on the pull out single bed (looks like a large ottoman) and it was quite comfortable. We never tried the queen couch pull out. Lots of pillows were available. The walk in closet provided plenty of room to store suitcases and hang our clothes. Parking was always available. The condo is close to the pool which is handy! Most days pool side chairs/loungers were available, if not the condo has folding beach chairs available, as well as a cooler and umbrella for the beach. Overall we felt like home from the moment we walked in!!

What a great host!

Very easy to communicate with, no issues whatsoever. When we checked in the place was definitely cleaned and we felt very comfortable and relaxed with everything you need, including a little welcome basket. It was quiet and the pool was just down the stairs. Very convenient location, beach was just a few miles and bike trail “Pinellas Trail” was just 1.5 miles away. Highly recommend!

Wonderful rental and great spot for biking and golfing. Exactly as presented.

Property was exactly as showing. Beautiful rental and area. The suggestions and tips of the area and places to see was great. If you are bikers the area is prefect for biking to Clearwater beach or Dunedin as and extra attraction. Great accommodation

Family vacation

This property was exactly like the pictures and had everything you need. It really felt like a home away from home. We would definitely go back! This was our second year in a row at the Avalon. The only thing that could use some improvement is cleaning up the pool after a busy Saturday. The water was cloudy and gross. Every other day the pool was beautiful and relaxing.

A Hidden Gem

The renovated property was not only lovely but clean and well equipped. I stayed with my daughter and felt very safe in the gated community and we had a fantastic time and could relax in the condo just as if it were our own! Wonderful place and we will be returning!

We felt at home here!

The apartment were so clean and bed were extremely confortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all equipment needed too cook. This was our first experience renting a vacation apartment and was just amazing. We were so happy with our choice. This property was more beautiful and comfortable than we had hoped. We were visiting family in the area and we all felt like we were at home. Something very important for us is that it is close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, fast food and more. Loved our week stay here and would definitely return to this place. Highly recommended it!
