Doté d'un très grand balcon avec table, chaises et chaises longues Chase inclinables, accessibles depuis le salon ou la chambre principale.

Une vue imprenable sur l'océan et une décoration professionnelle luxueuse est la raison pour laquelle nos clients reviennent année après année. Le salon et la chambre principale ont des portes coulissantes qui s'ouvrent sur un balcon extra-large (8 pi de large x 26 pi de long) au 9e étage GULF FRONT avec une vue fascinante sur l'eau vert émeraude et les plages de sable blanc de sucre qui font la renommée de Panama City Beach.

Nous avons choisi cette zone de Panama City Beach sur la base de notre expérience avec PCB, Destin, Sandestin, Pensacola et Ft Walton. Nous apprécions vraiment les levers et couchers de soleil, et cette zone de Panama City Beach jets dehors et fait face à l'ouest beaucoup plus que les autres zones mentionnées ci-dessus qui ont des vues plus au sud. Avec notre vue sur l'océan depuis notre condo, vous obtenez de superbes levers et couchers de soleil qui sont clairement visibles. D'autres zones ont des couchers de soleil trop à droite et derrière votre vue pour obtenir une vue de premier ordre. Vérifiez-le par vous-même sur la carte pour voir de quoi nous parlons.

Idéalement situé à l'intersection de Alf Coleman Road et Front Beach Road, Sterling Reef Resort est l'un des rares immeubles en copropriété à disposer d'un parking couvert sur place. Pas de rues ni de ponts à traverser !!!

Adjacent à la NOUVELLE jetée du comté et en face du parc aquatique de Shipwreck Island, de l'île Alvin et de deux parcours de golf putt putt vous vous trouverez à distance de marche de restaurants tels que Firefly et Dee's Hangout (2 restaurants locaux et bien considérés et très bien évalués). Ce sont moins de 1/2 mile de distance et très pratique. Le NOUVEAU M. B. Miller County Pier and Beach Park est juste à côté et à distance de marche. The property felt very safe, security was there and visible, I think the pool/pools were too small for the amount of people staying, but over the property was great

Thank you for your review. Spring Break weeks cam be a little more crowded. Glad we have nothing to the west of the condo for 3/4 miles except the new 24 county pier. That keeps the tourist density down verses cruise ship type crowds like at Edgewater. etc.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. My husband and I found it to be very hard and difficult to sleep on. As you can see, I didn’t take any stars away, as we still really enjoyed the condo.

Thank you for your 5 Star Review. Mattress firmness is a very personal preference. We selected a medium firm King mattress for the master bedroom that most of our guests find comfortable and supportive. I know that between the ocean view and ocean sounds from the master bedroom, I am out like a light. Hope to see you again in the future.

We had a great time!!

We LOVED the unit. It was very clean and had really nice furniture. It really was like being at home for the week. The booking process was easy and with no hassle. Charles was very quick to get back to me with any questions that I had. The hotel was easy to get in and out without a lot of traffic. We are definitely planning on staying again next year!!

Very nice, clean & roomy!

We had an awesome vacation! Sheri and Charles were wonderful to work with and responded quickly for every message I sent them! We were a couple hours early and check in wasn't until 4 so I messaged them and asked if we were able to check in early & they activated the door code right away! The condo is very nice and had everything we needed! Short walk to the beach/pool and great views! Next vacation we will try to rent from them again!! Thank yall for making our vacation great and very simple.

This is the most wonderful place with a wonderful view of the beach. Beautiful Beyond Compare. Great sunsets. Everything you need is provided, from pots and pans to dishwasher pods to laundry detergent. We loved the little extra touches. I love the lounge chairs on the huge balcony. We got great views from the deck and also I got my tan on...all without leaving the privacy of my room. Very nice furniture and artwork make this an outstanding place to stay and entertain or relax. We will be back again and again!

Thank you for your review. We strive to give our guests the extra attention to detail and convenience that their vacation and limited beach time deserves. We know that what good is a dishwasher and washer and dryer if you have to go out and buy detergent just to use it. That is why we decided as an extra touch to provide this for our vacationers. Perfect Condo for vacation!!

Upon arrival we found the condo to be extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are wonderful to work with and are available for any need you may experience while there, including simple information about Panama City itself. Charles and Sheri made sure that we were able to contact them at any time if we would need to. The condo had everything we could possibly need to provide a home away from home for us. We were even provided start up items such as dishwashing detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and soap. We didn't have to rush out to the store immediately. We were vacationing with several other families who also stayed at Sterling Reef. Every time one of them came by our condo, they commented on how nice it was. The complex itself was great. We visited at a high peak time, and parking was never an issue. The beach was wonderful, and since Sterling Reef isn't as large as many other resorts in Panama City, the beach and pool NEVER felt crowded. The pools were kept immaculate and cleaned every morning. Even the BBQ grills are cleaned everyday. I spoke with several other people in other complexes who had extreme parking problems and extreme congestion on their beaches. We have vacationed in Panama City for several years, and this was by far the nicest condo we have stayed in, and we can't wait to come back to this unit!

No Regrets!

This condo was perfect! Great location, stocked with everything you need and clean. I loved the layout of this place! I let the teen girls have the front master bedroom and I took the smaller room which was perfect, quiet and dark!!!! I will definitely return! Nothing negative to say. Had an absolutely wonderful time! The owners are awesome and willing to answer any questions!!!!

Property was well equipped with everything you need. Only complaint would be minor. Lack of hangers in master, but we brought our own and the can opener was stripped out and didn't work.Neitherr issue was a big matter. We have stayed at this resort multiple times now and enjoy the location and amenities. Owners responded in a timely manner during booking process. Would book again.

Great condo great location

This condo is very nice, well equipped and well maintained. The balcony is amazing in size and views. I would highly recommend. The owners were also very accommodating. We had a personal issue that impacted our original plans and they worked with us to reschedule, which I really appreciated given the circumstances.

Perfect!

This property was great! Perfect views and access to the beach chairs was so nice to have! Loved the decor of the place! The balcony access from the bedroom was my favorite, because every morning I could wake right up to a beach view! We cooked breakfast and lunch while we were there and walked to the closest restaurants for dinner. We also walked to the mini golf right across the street! Definitely recommend!

WONDERFUL

We stay at sterling reef yearly for fall break, this was our favorite host and condo to date. Condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and the host maintained contact. Thanks for a great trip!!

I very impressed with how clean everyone was everything you need is right at your fingertips. Great location, beach right outside your door, elevators are fast, the host is very pleasant and helpful. The checking in and out was so easy. I did a lot of searching before I booked. All of the reviews are correct! You will not be disappointed staying here. You’re family will be happy I assure you! Also, eat at Salty Sues.

What a great place to stay, well furnished, highly comfortable, exceptionally clean and a wonderful location. My 1st Trip to Florida

We loved our stay here. The property was perfect. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. I slept like a baby being right next to the beach, hearing the waves, which were like a perfect lullaby. The view was amazing. I couldn’t get over it. I think I took a thousand pictures. And waking up and being able to go down to the beach before breakfast for a little walk was priceless! We also enjoyed being able to play on the beach in the morning and then go up to the room for lunch and of course, a nap. The owners made sure we were happy and comfortable and made it all so easy. The attendants on the beach were also very helpful. It was just such a great vacation!

This was a great rental and was very impressed with the owners. I rate it 5 stars.

Love the location and property was clean and very well maintained. Room was great couldn't asked for more. Beach access was great only down fall was the chair rental guy was rude daily to my family. Love the beach it was clean and very lovely. Water was very clear and no seaweed. Iove to snorkel and the water was so much crystal clear and seen so many different kinds of fish stingrays. Dolphins were almost to the beach. I loved it. There were some issues with the elevators being slow. While we were in the pool someone from the 17th floor threw a water bottle and almost hit my niece in the head. That would have been very bad injury if it would have hit her. But overall I loved it. The property staff cleaned early every morning and organized the property. They were very helpful. Loved this property and the room and will definitely be back again.

Our Condo is less than 50 yards from the waters shore edge. It is grandfathered in as one of the closest to the actual beach that Panama City Beach has to offer. It is a wonderfully decorated and classy condominium to stay at. The condo has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, plus Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, and Sleeps 6 people, (8 with blow-up sleeping mattresses like King Koil, etc. at the Beautiful and Exclusive Sterling Reef Condominium and Beach Resor, diring on the Gulf.

There are only 124 units in the entire complex, so it limits the crowds. Also with the New Miller Pier that is directly next door...there are no other condominiums within 3/4 mile to our West. This keeps tourist traffic down for a nice, relaxing, unrushed, environment for our guests.

We chose this area of Panama City Beach FL based on our experiences with Panama City Beach, Destin, Sandestin, Pensacola, & Ft Walton Beaches...and really paying attention to the SUNSETS. The Sunsets in this area of Panama City Beach jets out and faces the West much more than the other areas mentioned above that have more Southerly views. With our view of the ocean, our guests get great Sunsets that are clearly visible YEARLONG. Other areas at diff times of the year have sunsets that are too far to the right & behind your view to get a premier view. Check it out on the map for yourself to see what we are talking about.

We really enjoy the Sunsets, and this area of Panama City Beach jets out and faces the West much more than the other areas mentioned above that have more Southerly views. We researched the Sunsets in relation to the Earth's tilt during different seasons of the year and this was the best we found. With our view of the ocean from our condo, you get great Sunsets that are clearly visible YEAR LONG. Other areas have Sunsets that are too far to the right and behind your view to get a premier view.
