Appartement très calme, au premier étage, dispose de trois chambres doubles, cuisine complète, buanderie, un grand salon avec vue sur la baie et une grande terrasse où vous pourrez profiter des couchers de soleil de Puerto de Pollensa, dans une zone piétonne, sur le bord de la mer.
L'appartement a:
Trois chambres doubles avec air conditionné.
Deux salles de bain: une avec baignoire et l'autre avec douche.
Cuisine entièrement équipée avec plaques de cuisson, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, thermos, grille-pain, etc.
L'appartement dispose d'Internet WiFi, TV, DVD, TV satellite et radio et lecteur CD stéréo.
Le salon a de grandes fenêtres qui vous permettent de profiter de la vue magnifique sur la baie.
Il dispose d'une grande terrasse idéale pour bronzer ou se détendre.
L'appartement Linda est une maison de vacances dans l'un des plus beaux endroits de Majorque. La plage et la mer sont à seulement quelques minutes, et il n'y a qu'une courte et agréable promenade jusqu'à la place principale de Puerto de Pollensa pour faire du shopping ou des restaurants. Et si vous voulez vous éloigner de la plage, la vieille ville de Pollensa est à dix minutes en voiture.

This is a return for us to this lovely apartment in a perfect, quieter spot in Puerto de Pollensa along the Pine Walk. An easy stroll to restaurants and shops, and a little beach on the doorstep. Very easy check in and check out. Apartment has plenty of room although, as before, most of the time was spent on the balcony enjoying the stunning view! Very clean and everything we needed for a relaxing break. Antonio our host was great. Hope to return again.

First impressions of the apartment was the breathtaking view of the bay. We had a wonderful stay and the apartment had everything we needed for our weeks stay as a family of 5. Antonio was at hand with everything we asked and we would highly recommend this apartment and we can’t wait to come back.

Fabulous apartment in a perfect location with stunning views of the bay.We had such a wonderful stay here. The apartment was spacious for our family of five and wellequipped with everything we needed. The standout feature was definitely the terrace; the views of the bay were breathtaking. We loved dining outside, enjoying early‑morning coffees, and simply watching the world go by. The location was ideal, with a short walk to restaurants and shops, making everything easy and relaxed. We were lucky to secure the apartment at short notice due to a cancellation, and we were absolutely thrilled with it. Antonio was a fantastic host: responsive, helpful, and kind. His restaurant recommendation was spot‑on and we really enjoyed it.We loved our stay and hope to rebook again

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Antonio’s apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped with enough crockery and pans etc for 6 guests. There was a hairdryer and, very unusually, more than enough coathangers for a fortnight’s stay. Its location on the Pine Walk was perfect, peaceful but just a short stroll to shops and restaurants. However, its outstanding feature was the view which was amazing. A wall of glass ensured that, should the weather not be good, the view over the Bay was as good from inside as it was from the enormous terrace. We would certainly love to go again and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Perfect position and wonderful view

Spent a week with family over Easter. Enjoyed the great views of the sea and the bay. The apartment had everything we needed, restaurants within easy reach and enjoyed the pine walk and calm waters. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

This is a beautiful apartment at the best location in Pollensa. We enjoyed dining on the terrace and marveling at the beautiful view. Alberto is a great host and responds immediately to all requests or questions. The place is airy, well furnished. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Perfect location, excellent host, lovely apartment

We had a great stay in Antonio's apartment. The location on the pinewalk is perfect, delightfully quiet but only a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. Communication with Antonio was easy and he answered any questions straightway. We would love to stay again.

Fabulous location

The views out to sea are stunning and the location generally is first class, close to the beach and all amenities. The apartment is well-maintained and feels spacious. The host could not have done more in terms of communication and making our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend!

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful week at this at this perfectly placed pinewalk apartment. As we arrived I felt tears well up as I took in the view of the sea and mountains. So beautiful. There were 5 of us and the balcony easily fitted us all around the table. The balcony had two loungers also..perfect for a mid afternoon snooze!

Pine Walk Pleasure

What a stunning view from the balcony of this apartment Lovely clean apartment with all that you need to stay there maybe could only be improved on with two of the three bedrooms with double beds instead of one.. Quiet spot but close enough to walk to resturants bars and shops of the resort Host checked us in the day after arrival and quickly sorted extra towels for us on request If you want to experience Puerto Pollensa at its best this the place to stay !

Wonderful location and beautiful apartment

We have just arrived back from a wonderful week at this villa. The location is second to none, with beaches and restaurants on the doorstep. We loved the large covered balcony and the view was amazing. Pictures did not do it justice. Antonio was on hand when necessary, although we had no need to contact him other to arrange check out time. Would definitely return.

Pine walk apartment

Delighted and over awed with the view. Plenty of space for family of six and very clean, only our grand daughters disappointed when the sun left the balcony in shadow at 2:30. But they easily accessed the gorgeous beach in front of the apartment at this time.

Alan and his family have been wonderful guests, polite, friendly, formal and very considerate. they have even let me a bottle of wine that I have drunk for their health. they have left the apartment in optimal conditions and I hope they have enjoyed their vacation.
