Un appartement moderne en bord de mer sur le magnifique Paseo de los Pinos à Puerto de Pollensa.
L'appartement Brisa est spacieux et aéré, avec une fabuleuse terrasse sur la baie.
L'un des meilleurs appartements en location sur le Paseo de los Pinos avec accès direct au bord de mer et à 5 mètres d'une plage.
Toutes les chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée. Ils sont frais et ventilés, avec des murs blancs et des sols carrelés. Le salon s'ouvre sur la terrasse, avec des canapés confortables, Internet, une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD / CD stéréo. La cuisine est spacieuse et complète, avec lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes grille-pain, thermos, etc ...
Il y a deux chambres doubles et une chambre simple, toutes avec un mobilier simple. Une chambre double a une salle de bain. Il y a aussi une autre salle de bain séparée.
La terrasse est un espace fantastique avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, un mobilier élégant, de grands arbres ombragés et une zone pavée idéale pour les enfants. Deux marches mènent à la promenade piétonne et à la plage.
L'appartement Brisa est une maison de vacances dans l'un des plus beaux endroits de Majorque. La plage et la mer sont à seulement quelques minutes, et il n'y a qu'une courte et agréable promenade jusqu'à la place principale de Puerto de Pollensa pour faire du shopping et manger. Et si vous voulez vous éloigner de la plage, la vieille ville de Pollensa est à dix minutes en voiture ..

Lovely apartment on the pinewalk
We had a wonderful stay here. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. We had a minor issue with the shower but Antonio resolved it very quickly. The location is 10/10 and the veranda/ patio is extremely spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely beachfront apartment
It was beautifully positioned on the pine walk with a great view from the outside space. Few minutes walk from many restaurants and easily walkable to the bus station for excursions. Host was helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this accommodation

Beautiful apartment
A beautiful apartment in the most perfect location just steps away from the beach and really quiet but also only a couple of minutes to all the shops and restaurants. Extremely clean and well equipped and the owner so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our second trip to this apartment and would love to go back again.

Week out on the bike and decided to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel this time around. Apartment is very good with excellent amenities. Sitting on the terrace at breakfast overlooking the sea was perfect. Great position with plenty of local restaurants close by.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and it doesn't disappoint.
Lovely apartment, well maintained and equipped. The view from the terrace is stunning and the apartment is just a short walk to the restaurants, shops, bus station and the square.

Fabulous apartment on front line
The property was exactly as advertised as were all comments from previous guests. Whilst we didn’t actually meet Antonio he was only a text message away if we had any queries and the welcome pack was a lovely touch especially as our plane was delayed.

Beautiful apartment, amazing view and perfect location. Everything we needed - well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, good showers, loads of space and fantastic terrace.
Antonio was very helpful and dropped in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend tis property

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location
We had a wonderful week in this beautiful and spacious apartment which had everything you could possibly need. The large patio doors open on to a beautiful terrace, with amazing views over the beach and the bay.
Antonio was a charming and helpful host, on hand should we have any problems. The location was just perfect, close to lots of lovely restaurants but also very quiet.

Great Pinewalk Apartment
This apartment was in the perfect location. Close to all amenities, but far enough away to not be disturbed. Fantastic view, with beach right on your doorstep. Antonio was a great host. A welcome pack was left for us which was brilliant as we arrived late at night so had everything we needed for the morning.

This is a really spacious and beautiful flat with huge panoramic sliding doors and access straight onto the pine walk and two steps from the water. A perfect holiday apartment!

Tolle Lage, freier Blick auf Meer und Berge selbst von der Couch aus. Tolle Ausstattung. Sauber und warm, alles funktioniert. Hervorragende und trotzdem unaufdringliche Organisation durch den Eigentümer. Alles bestens!

Mei vakantie
Super locatie en appartement. Vanaf terras zo de boulevard op met leuke strandjes, winkeltjes en restaurantjes en toch heerlijk rustig met mooi zicht op de zee. Er aardige en behulpzame eigenaar.

Schönes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment
Sehr schönes sauberes Apartment direkt am Wasser. Zur Ankunft hatte uns der Besitzer zur Begrüßung Frühstücksutensilien Brot, Marmelade, Butter usw. bereitgestellt. Die Konversation mit ihm war bereits vor der Ankunft freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Perfect apartment
We arrived to a very warm welcome from Antonio who showed us round this beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean, light and airy and had absolutely everything you could need. We spent our days on the lovely terrace which had plenty of shade and sun and the most incredible view. A perfect location close to the restaurants and beach but very quiet and peaceful. Would love to go back again!

Fabulous
Perfect location, lovely, sunny apartment. I would highly recommend it. It is close enough to the restaurants and shops for convenience but located far enough away for it to be very secluded and quiet. The terrace is large and catches both sun and shade all day. Perfect!
