All our rooms are triple rooms with a double and single bed, each room has en-suite with shower and use of the fully equipped shared kitchen.

Situated on the first floor, our rooms allow for a peaceful, hassle-free nights sleep, providing a great place to stay, especially with their prime location, just minutes from the town centre where you can find local and national eateries including The Little Kitchen, Tate's Fish and Chips, Costa Coffee, Caffé Nero and Greggs.

Tunnard House is near Bostons Central Park and the centre of the shopping area. The Rooms are newly refurbished ultra modern style that is clean, fresh and in a currently fashionable design. They have Ultra Modern ensuite Shower rooms with toilet facilities. All have Large Flat Screen TV’s and Each is a Triple Room with a Double and Single bed. A further facility is a shared kitchen for Guests use if they so require.
