An amazing holiday and a fabulous villa to spend time with family. A beautiful clean and well equipped villa with a lovely pool and bar b q. A great location being only a couple of minutes walk to the beac, shops, cafes and restaurants. The local bus is very handy and cheap to visit Mahon and the Ting Ting train is a fun way to travel along the coast.

Great stay

Lovely place to relax. Relaxing surroundings. Good facilities. We rented a car so saw lots of the island but always felt warm coming home.

Disappointing really.....OK, so it was September, but the sun was not on the pool until midday and then we had to move around all the time to try and catch the sun between the shade thrown by the trees. The pool is never in full sun and this resulted in the pool being much colder than expected and basically unuseable.I would not want to have young children around the pool, the space is very limited and the flooring (rough) would not be at all forgiving. The pool beds are old and have lost all of their elasticity and hence you have bars digging in your back when sunbathing. The outdoor table/chairs are cheap plastic without any seat pads. Now the inside. AC brilliant if a bit uncontrollable. Setting the master bedoom to anything - I even tried 25c - still chilled the room a bit too far. Probably the sensor needs cleaning. The beds are a bit utilitarian - same goes for the entire villa - more suited to a hostel than a villa.Kitchen - had all that was needed. Shame about the quality of some items in particular the cutlery. None of it matched and the forks made you feel like you were channeling Uri Geller. The door to the drying space could do with a seal along the bottom. Twice we had a large cockroach in the laundry area and as this is adjacent to the kitchen, who knows how many have made their way behind the cupboards.Fantastic location - so close to the beach that we would go home for lunch and leave our towels at the beach. Also worth noting - no pool towels.

It was overall good but I didn't like the bed because it was very little and unconfortable, I must say that I didn't sleep very well. The rest was really ok

We had a wonderful time on Menorca - it is truly an idyllically beautiful island with stunning turquoise seas white cliffs, olive groves, and a host of excellent restaurants. We stayed in the Villa Trepuco Uno which was clean comfortable and cozy and has everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. Situated in the heart of Punta Prima it takes only a short walk to get to almost everything: beach, supermarkets, restaurants, bars...The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Binibeca, Mahon, and Binissafuller where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Spanish specialties(Paella, Gazpacho...) there. Overall nice holiday for us and we will be returning again.

A conseiller!

I cant say enough about this villa and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The Villa Trepuco Uno and Punta Prima were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There is an excellent beach nearby(100 m) and also a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. Punta Prima is very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I have felt so relaxed and connected to a place for a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

We have booked this villa 2 times, now for 2 weeks and each time it makes for a thoroughly enjoyable 2nd home for me and my family. Its really close to local restaurants/bars and most important to the best sandy Playa Punta Prima beach. It has a great private outdoor space for relaxing by the pool which is perfect for a quick dip to cool down. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms making it more than comfortable for my family. Everyone in Punta Prima was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Binibeca and SAlgar and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall, a great holiday spent at Villa Trepuco Uno and Punta Prima. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing in the day and evening by the pool. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Overall the villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

Really wonderful time and would highly recommend Agni Travel for excellent service. Very relaxing property and neighborhood. It is a 5-10 min walk to almost everywhere, particularly to the beach and near to exceptional tavernas where great seafood and caters are served. We found the people of Punta Prima very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody.

We recommended it to all who wish to relax with their children and spend a great time in Punta Prima. Plenty of space inside the villa for 6! The inside was fine, bedrooms comfortable and air-conditioned in all bedrooms. Great location in the heart of Punta Prima but still in a quiet neighborhood. We took several trips to fab beaches and some lovely restaurants nearby Punta Prima. Overall lovely island, a nice location, and friendly people. Will definitely return.
