Amazing place, ideally placed to explore the area. the owners could not be more helpful with many recommendations. Added bonus situated within an orange grove, fresh juice every day. must go to owners mother's coffee shop, food exceptional. Thankyou Vasillis and Athina for wonderful time in your villa.

Where do we start our first impression was so amazing driving up the long drive surrounded by fruit trees the villa inside was pristine clean and equipped with everything you could ever needAfter a few days the owner introduced himself and all I can say is what a tue gentleman nothing to much trouble in any way with fresh towels /bedding at your disposalFurther into our stay his wife arrived to ask if we needed a clean or anything and was so welcoming The villa as a whole made our stay in Cyprus more than specail and a return is already being planned The location of the villa is far enough away for quietness and peace but whilst close enough for every thing you could need supermarkets ect (POLIS) most places are a gentle 10/15 walk to restaurants and a lovely few bars .Polis for us was a great choice with the villa just made our stay so special Thankyou to Vasilis and Athina for your amazing friendly welcome and hospitality Dean&Kerry

Relaxing

The villa was set in lovely grounds, orange and lime trees. The villa was well equipped, thank goodness for the pool and air conditioning, very very hot when we went. Nice surrounding area,Polis and Latchi Harbour for restaurant’s.

Great location

It's a beautiful property set in the middle of an orchard. Pink grapefruit, oranges, clementines and lemons were growing in abundance and we were informed that we could help ourselves, so we had freshly squeezed orange juice daily, also gin and grapefruit juice, and made a a jug of lemonade. Such queries as we raised were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and overall we had a wonderful break there.

The holiday was great, the local restaurants were excellent, particularly The Herb Garden in Polis, which served extremely well cooked meals which were also surprisingly economical (I had a chop one night which was 14 euros for the meal and the chop was massive - I hadnt seen the side note which said it was 800grams but it was delicious and I managed it but with no room for dessert). We visited Aphrodites bath and also completed the Aphrodite trail on the peninsula which had spectacular views of the whole area - especially from the top, we also visited The Tombs of The Kings in Paphos which were also extremely interesting and in some respects very poignant. Exploring the local area around the villa was also worthwhile and we also enjoyed a couple of lazy days around and in the pool.

Tucked in an Orange plantation this is one of 6 properties but you can bearly see the next door both sides. The property was clean and as others have said the beds are really comfortable. A 5 minute drive to a large supermarket means self catering isn't an issue and local tavernas in Polis and Latchi are fantastic especially the ones on the beach itself. We were a couple staying but 6 people could easily stay here with a bathroom each two rooms upstairs are ensuite and the ground floor almost ensuite. Lots of room for all either inside or out but be aware this is south facing so if like me you have strawberry blonde tendencies make sure you pack a good suncream and escape to the shade, one side of the property in the morning the other side afternoons and make use of the terrace on an evening. We would definitely return to this Villa as even the host made a visit every couple of days for a few minutes to make sure we were fine. Loved our stay and would recommend.

Sehr schönes und grosses Ferienhaus in toller Lage ca. 5 min. außerhalb von Polis. Viele Orangen- und Mandarinen Bäume. Wir konnten Ende Mai / Anfang Juni noch jeden Morgen Orangen ernten und zum Frühstück auspressen.Lecker. Einige grosse Supermärkte in 10 min. Entfernung und auch schöne Restaurants in Latchi und vor allem in Polis. Souvenirshops und Bootsausflüge, auch ganz toll zum selber fahren in Latchi, was ca. 10 min. entfernt liegt. Lange und teilweise in dieser Zeit einsame Kieselstrände in der Nähe. Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden und der Pool ist spitze. Sehr sauber und Kinder haben viel Platz zum toben. Zum Flughafen Larnarka jedoch knapp 2 Stunden Fahrzeit. Tolle Ausflüge in die Natur z.b. zur Avakas Schlucht oder in den Arkamas Nationalpark sind empfehlenswert. Alle super freundlich. Ein unvergesslicher und entspannter Urlaub in einer ruhigen Gegend.

Sadly photos of the villa are a miss representation of the current outlook .The villa itself is lovely , comfortable beds adequate towels. The bathrooms are dated but ok. However we arrived on the dot at 4 pm to check in. We were greeted by an apologetic owner who explained that the cleaning team had been delayed and had only just started. Another 40 mins later we were allowed to enter the property— the cleaning was obviously rushed .. areas missed However our huge disappointment was the outlook next to the lovely pool and state of the once field next to the pool.In the photos on VRBO and Agni travel the villa is shown to be next to an empty field … in reality this has been sold off , a huge industrial shed built a large transit van parked there 24 hrs various building stuff eg building timber plus other building stuff Garden chairs around a fire pit .. it’s so scruffy and pool completely overlooked. The owner showed us that a frame work has been erected to screen the neighboring land but he admitted he hasn’t got around to completing this. We were advised the Neighbour is only present at weekends. The reality was several visits multiple men and vehicles , noisy gardening with noisy petrol equipment etc Great he and his mates waved hello not great when we wanted to chill in private. Agni travel were awesome in listening to our complaint and offered us to relocate. If you want an idyllic pretty setting this is not for you !

Heerlijke villa met fijn zwembad (incl. buitendouche) in een rustige omgeving, grenzend aan een sinaasappelboomgaard. Veel privacy, ruime afstand van andere huizen. Goede uitvalsbasis om de westkant van Cyprus te verkennen. Op korte afstand zijn aanwezig: een goede bakker, grote supermarkt, vele restaurants, bootverhuur en quad/buggyverhuur. Aardige en behulpzame beheerder.

The rooms and bathrooms as well as the living room are well designed and have all the conveniences you need..... Enough room for storage., enough and comfortable furniture and pretty views from all windows! Simply perfect!!! We have never enjoyed a place more than this one.

Wir haben wunderschöne Wochen in der sehr gepflegten und hübschen Villa Tessera verlebt. Alles war perfekt, in herrlicher Lage inmitten von Orangenbäumen und mit netten Ansprechpartnern. Es hätte nicht besser sein können und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Kathrin Westphal

Polis and the Villa Charoula Tessera are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...You need only a 3-5 minutes drive to Polis and to a wide selection of bars, cafes restaurants, and shops. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you can reach Latchi, Argaka, and Agia Marina where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Cypriot specialties (Kleftiko, Halloumi, Souvla...) there. Most of the time we enjoyed at Polis and Argaka Sandy beach and entrained ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. We found the people of Polis very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...).

Booked a villa in Crete through this company. The Villa Charoula Tessera was as well spectacular, with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. I found Agni to be extremely helpful & they gave us lots of useful information & contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.
