Such a lovely villa.

Such a lovely villa. It was in a quiet neighbourhood, the grounds are well maintained. The WiFi was a little temperamental. The kitchen very well equipped. Pool well maintained by Gianluca who was also incredibly helpful and nice. Beach a short drive away. You definitely need a car to get around.

Blissful stay in a modern villa

The villa is a gorgeous and spacious 4 bedroom property with 2 double and 2 twin rooms. 3 of the bedrooms have gorgeous en-suites. The kitchen contains all the equipment you could wish for including to my delight an air fryer ( and coffee machines, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc…). The outside is like a well tended paradise with a large and warm swimming pool, lawn, sun beds under shade, fantastic outdoor kitchen & bbq and plenty of seating areas. We spent many a night outside playing cards until late. There is an outdoor shower near the pool and a whole outbuilding with washing machine, toilet and another outdoor shower. You definitely need a car to explore the area, lots of things to do if you have one. You can explore the lovely nearby towns of Modina, Scicli and Ragusa & Mount Etna is about 1hr 40 mins away. The nearby beaches of Samperi and Donnalucata are great with shallow waters perfect for little ones. Management of the villa is fantastic with plenty of support there if you need it but otherwise completely unobtrusive. If I could give 6 stars I would …

Fantastic Villa for a large group

A pleasant surprise to arrive at a well equipped, well maintained modern and very clean Villa. We were two families of four enjoying a quick half term break. Plenty of space for us all to enjoy both inside and out without feeling on top of each other. Really great place to stay. Our only criticism was having to make up the beds on arrival and not having separate beach towels which would have been really useful. Other than that a superb villa.

The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: restaurants, tavernas, bars... I think that the pictures accurately reflect the property. There is also a beautiful beach within a few minutes drive where we enjoyed an early morning stroll. As a tourist on this island, there are many things to explore and experience the best holiday ever. We found the people of Scicli very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. We would stay there again and would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)

We did some hiking and other activities during our stay there and our family had a wonderful time together. We kept visiting the beach during our stay and enjoyed the food at local restaurants there. The pool was clean and a great size with plenty of space around to get the sun and a large covered area if you prefer less sun. The outside garden area was a PLUS, our kids used it as a home playground and liked the swing there. Really relaxed holiday we will return again.

Great cozy villa with its modern mix and traditional setting to relax. The beautiful surroundings and the many places of entertainment have contributed to a successful holiday. The activities matched our interests with visits to the beach, having a go at local cuisine, and visits to the tourist port.

The house is centrally located, a 10 min drive-minute stroll from Scicli with a small selection of pizzerias, bars, and ice cream parlours. We highly recommend it for a large group of people. To us, our vacation was more to spend quality time with our grandchildren who we dont see very often. We will come back for sure.

Our requests were met with a high level of efficiency and speed even on a Sunday evening!!
