Villa Karmaniolos is located in the quaint little hamlet of Markandonata (close to the picturesque fishing port of Fiscardo) and is blessed with an exquisite palette of panoramic views including the white cliffs of the Lixouri Peninsula , lush green oak and cypress woodlands, all framed with the immense lapis lazuli blues of the Ionian Sea.

What stands out perhaps more than anything else is the villa’s al fresco dining arbour (leading off from the other side of the main kitchen) which is nothing but a lean to roofing system mimicking the design of a pergola and was built using natural wood. The space under the pergola designed in a charming fashion sports a concrete king-sized tiled table. Adjoining this area is a fully-equipped barbecue, outdoor kitchen, and changing room with shower /toilet facilities.
