Very responsive host who was on hand to sort out any issues that arose. Beautiful villa in a very secluded and peaceful location. Lovely heated pool and stunning views.

Amazing villa

The villa has everything you need and in an excellent location. The views from the pool are stunning. Local beaches of Atalies, Jerusalem and Kim ilia are all stunning. The host Spiros really looked after us Would definitely recommend

Lovely villa inside and out. Bedrooms are spacious, good storage, bathrooms great. Lovely communal space and open plan kitchen. Feels slightly larger than the photos. Beautiful sunset views and outside dining area. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Thank you.

Sea View

A super villa with amazing sea views. Location was perfect, close to many beaches (10 min drive) and Fiscardo. Super clean and equipped with everything we could need. The pool was amazing and the perfect temperature. Would highly recommend.

The villa is far beyond better than first class. Absolutely nothing is lacking. The owners care and attention to detail are superb. The view is spectacular, the setting is totally peaceful, quiet and relaxing.

Perfect villa. Very well maintained. Welcome pack of food very useful. Watched the sun set into the ocean each night. 15 minutes from Fiskardo. Petrol and groceries 10min drive.

Magical villa

Everything about this villa is simply 5*. The owners cannot do enough for you and the location feels so safe and secure, which only added to the experience. Spiros and his team of helpers are simply incredible. Book this place, you will not be disappointed....in fact you will be amazed.

Amazing

A stunning villa with stunning views, which the pictures don’t do justice. Absolutely perfect for our family of five. The villa is a bit isolated, with nothing walkable, but that was fine for us. Plenty of good restaurants etc within 10-15 minutes drive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Our Happy Place

Villa Elia is perfect in every way. Beautifully appointed with big spacious bedrooms. Gorgeous pool and a truly unique and atmospheric outside dining area. The hosts pay attention to detail (thank you Spiros!!) and having bed linen and towels changed every couple of days was a real treat. The welcome pack of wine, bread, cheese and breakfast items was very much appreciated. The location of this Villa is perfect. It is quiet but close to Fiskardo and lots of smaller beaches with lovely restaurants. The sunset is the best of the island and the villa has beautiful balconies to view it from. This was our second visit to the villa and we can't wait to go back again. Thank you

Stunning villa with breathtaking views

We loved our stay here (with my mother and 7 month old baby). The house is beautiful and met our expectations. Small point but the key safe is not at main gate as we were told but at the front door. We were a bit dissappointed, having got a very late flight with our baby, that the owners hadn't left out some basic supplies (milk, tea, some bread / butter / eggs would have been so appreciated as it meant we had to get up early and drive to a mini-mart 10 minutes away which was a pain with the little one). That's our one bit of feedback. No condiments / anything in fridge so you have to buy it all really. But it was a marvellous stay all the same and we really, really loved the house x

Exceptional Villa Elia is in a great location, close to FIscardo and Assos. There's so many great little beaches it's hard to pick a favourite. Take some sea shoes though as they are all pebbly. Georgia and her team really take care of you with a twice weekly linen and towel swap and a clean of the Villa and poolThe house itself is very well presented and has a few separate places to sit out in or out of the sun. Watching the sunset from the pool or balcony is a rare treat. Highly recommended

Excellent Villa. Clean, modern, fabulous views. Everything you needed was provided. Pool very clean and maintained every three days. Cleaning every three days and all linen changed. Five Star!!

Relaxed Family Holiday

Our first visit to Kefalonia was made extra special by our stay at the lovely Villa Elias. It was the perfect base to explore the northern part and of the island. The villa was spacious, beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the restaurants bars and ambience of Fiskardo (15 min drive away) and would highly a stay at this quiet, relaxing villa.

Never been to Kefalonia but picked a perfect location and perfect villa 😊 I absolutely cannot fault the place and owners it was truly a dream with everything you need. A great location to get out and about to different beaches. 10 mins drive from Fiscardo. Did not want to leave! Thank you so much Georgia we have made magical family memories x

Fabulous holiday, stunning & spacious house.

We loved the house, it is exactly as described only the pictures do not do justice to how spacious and calming it is, and how pretty the view is too. There is always some shade as there is a lower terrace not visible in the pictures. The house is beautifully furnished with many thoughtful touches and we were very comfortable. We would totally recommend this villa! Georgia the host and her family are lovely and very helpful too.

Just wonderful

Beautiful view, complete with sunset. Fabulous villa, really well equipped and very spacious. Interior finishes done to a high standard and all in all very comfortable and clean. We had the most fabulous stay here and would definitely come back.
