Bright, sunny and stylish two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in one of the best neighborhoods of Rome just a few steps from the Vatican Museum! Completely remodeled 3rd floor apartment equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay including lift, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, hardwood floors and complete with a washer and a dryer!

The apartment boasts a pleasant seating area with a sofa and chair and a Smart TV, a dining room table with plenty of seating, and a nicely equipped kitchen with electric stove-top, mini-fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine and more!

The primary bedroom features a European queen mattress with an en-suite bathroom nicely appointed with a shower and bidet! The secondary bedroom boasts two single beds.

The apartment has the essential basics for a comfortable stay including one shower towel and hand towel per guest as well as bed linens. Extra towels can be left in the apartment upon request and at an extra cost. An initial supply of toilet paper will also be left in the bathroom as well as hand dish-washing soap in the kitchen.

Guests are provided lots of useful information throughout the booking process, including an online household manual with restaurant recommendations, directions to the apartment and even a digital map to help you learn your way round Rome!

Neighborhood Highlights
The apartment is in the Prati/Vatican Neighborhood just a short walk to the Ottaviano underground stations as well as the Vatican with bus lines to and from the historical center. However, this strategic location allows you to sightsee and visit Rome entirely on foot!

Booking Highlights
Payment and cancellation policies are stated in the website terms and conditions. Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 by appointment and check-out is by 10:00 on the day of departure. To schedule an appointment, please respond to our confirmation email at least 5 days prior to arrival. Any outstanding city tax not collected at the time of booking will be paid separately in cash (euros) at check-in. The city tax is 6,00€ per guest (aged 10&up) per night for up to 10 nights. The damage deposit is 200,00€ payable by credit card authorization. This apartment is smoke and pet free.
