ACCESS TO THE HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED AFTER 00.30
- YOU WILL THEN BE ASKED TO PROCEED WITH THE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 100 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

This apartment was very nice and extremely convenient to the Vatican and close to the other major attractions. We like to use the sightseeing buses as transportation around the historic sections and they have a stop about 3 blocks away. The apartment has just about everything you need included. We had six people and it fit us well. Communication was good and entering was relatively easy with a phone app.

Nice apartment

The home was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. There was ample space for the 5 of us. Getting into the building initially was challenging but once we were in and figured out the process it was fine. Walked to the Vatican for our tour and to St Peters Square again later. Nearby restaurants were very good

This was a very nice apartment close to the Vatican. Very clean and had lemoncello in the refrigerator for us! Only a few stairs to climb. Check-in took time for me as I had to enter every one’s information in before we could get instructions to enter. Had to start over several times. Other places we stayed—host greeted us and took the info. But one done it was not a problem.

Great property, but be aware of the real price

The property was fantastic, no problems at all and the host was extremely communicative. However, we had to pay an extra cleaning fee that wasn't in the listing and also extra per person. We just felt a little nickel and dimed. It was still a great place and I'd probably stay there again.

Clean and great location

Great location, overall clean and comfortable. Kitchen is very small and lacks some essentials. No windows in kitchen, dining and living area, which feels a bit dark and bunker like. Bedrooms are comfortable and generous size. Very good communication from Ricardo.

Great area

This was our first European VRBO. It was pretty compact, but the neighborhood was perfect for us. One of the showers is awesome and the other is a tight fit getting in and out. We appreciated use of the washer/dryer and appreciated having an elevator! There are so many great dining options nearby - we could've stayed many more days to check them out! Our best meal was at Mama Eats Lab, which has safe gluten-free options as well.

Great place to stay

location was perfect for the Vatican visit and not too bad of a walk to Trevi fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish steps. Great restaurants very close by. you can find a great place to eat lunch and dinner every day within a half mile walk. Was a great apartment for the three of us and would stay again. The host was extremely responsive to every questions and concern we had. My only less than 100% positive feedback is that the check in process required a lot of personal information to be submitted on and online form and you had to leave Euros cash for the cleaning fee. We had troubles finding cash and exchanging currency is really expensive. Ended up having to call our bank to authorize a cash withdrawal from an ATM. That was a whole lot cheaper than the currency exchange.

Excellent location

The apartment was clean and very quiet, despite the central location. The keyless door knob to the apartment can be tricky (watch the YouTube video that you will be sent!) until you get the hang of it. Persevere, it does work, as does the front door key. Just some patience and jiggling. Seamless check-in process. Everything functioned well in the apartment and we wanted for nothing. A 5-10 minute walk to the Vatican City. 10 minute walk to Hop On/Off bus stop. Many delicious restaurants within a couple blocks in either direction. Our favorite was MĂ©ze Bistrot.
