Newly converted luxury self contained 1 bedroom lodge with double sofa bed for families with young children.

N.b THE LODGE ONLY SLEEPS 2 ADULTS + 2 CHILDREN as you need to access the bathroom via the master bedroom, it is only suitable for families with young children and not single sex groups or more than 2 adults.

The spacious lodge provides over 700sq ft of floor space and features an underfloor heated open plan kitchen/living/dining room with access to a private wooden deck via bi-fold doors.

The brand new fully fitted kitchen includes everything you need for your week/end away including fitted dishwasher, electric oven/hob and washing machine, tea/coffee making facilities with a selection of herbal teas and a fridge stocked with orange juice and organic milk. You will be treated to a welcome fruit basket, biscuits and if you are lucky homemade scones/muffins on arrival.

The living room has a velvet style sofa bed suitable for two young children (bedding supplied on request), a small teal armchair and a 50 in smart tv with Netflix access. There is a dining area and 4 chairs which could easily double as a desk if required. The Lodge has its own broadband and a free WiFi router.

The loft style bedroom is accessed via an oak staircase and includes a king size bed, a small chest of drawers, hanging space for clothes and comfy seating area. There is an en-suite bathroom with walk in power shower and organic toiletries.

Great for walkers looking for self contained accommodation on the Cotswold Way, guests visiting friends and family, village wedding guests and couples or small families looking for a relaxing country break.

A double sofa bed is available for up to 2 young children, with bedding supplied on request. As the bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom, the lodge is best suited to couples and families with younger children and cannot accommodate more than 2 adults.

The spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area has underfloor heating and bi-fold doors opening onto the private deck – perfect for morning coffee, alfresco dining or watching the sunset.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge and tea and coffee facilities. On arrival you’ll find organic milk and orange juice, plus a complimentary welcome basket with fruit, biscuits and, when available, homemade scones, muffins or locally sourced cakes.

The living area has a sofa bed, armchair, 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix, dining table/workspace, dedicated broadband and free Wi-Fi.

Upstairs, the loft-style bedroom has a king-size bed, hanging space and comfortable seating. The en-suite has a walk-in power shower and Faith in Nature toiletries.
