Superbe Resort Condo à côté de SCHLITTERBAHN

Gulfpoint est la station tropicale que vous avez toujours voulu rester. Cet appartement est fantastique et le complexe est encore meilleur. Les commodités ici sont aussi bonnes que possible. C'est une merveilleuse communauté fermée magnifiquement entretenue avec des piscines magnifiques et un jacuzzi. Il dispose également d'un club house avec tables de jeux et une salle de gym, ainsi que de balle de tennis, de basket-ball et d'une aire de jeux. Vous adorerez faire griller dans la zone de barbecue ombrée. Les condos Gulfpoint ont beaucoup à offrir à tous. Vous êtes également à quelques pas de la plage et du parc aquatique Schlitterbahn.

Ce condo est magnifique. C'est un 2BR / 2BA pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Vous apprécierez certainement d'être ici. Il y a beaucoup de touches tropicales. Inclus dans votre condo, la chambre principale a un lit king size et la deuxième chambre a 2 lits queen size. Vous avez également un canapé-lit dans le salon. Les salles de bains ont 2 douches récemment rénovées. Vous êtes au 3ème et au dernier étage. Donc, vous n'entendrez jamais les gens se déplacer au-dessus de votre tête. Vous obtenez également des téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque pièce.

Vous êtes situé sur la partie sud de l'île, juste à côté de la chaussée. Il y a d'excellents restaurants à distance de marche ou à courte distance en voiture. Si vous avez envie de rester dans la nuit, vous avez une cuisine de style galley magnifique avec beaucoup de place pour cuisiner. Comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable.

Reviewer Comments: The photos of the place are very Misleading.The place was smaller , shower leaked (drain pipe from celing) in both showers and the overall place was dirty w/roaches. Beach was fairly close but not as close compared to description. I've stayed in padre on numerous occasions but won't stay here again.

I am so sorry you had a bad stay. We appreciate you letting us know. We had the building service it with their pest control AND we also hired Terminex. Both will continue to service it on a monthly basis. The pipe into the shower is the drain from the AC unit. The furniture is the same as in the picture, but sometimes guests rearrange it. Thank you for staying with us.

Self check-in no issues. Seemed dated from the garage area elevator indeed the unit was as well. Although it was clean. Pictures did not match unit. Would have enjoyed a couch for relaxing. Unit needs inventory of all items, ie; furnishings, kitchen items, WAY TO MUCH IN ONE UNIT ! Would definitely consider renting another unit there. We did not use the pool nor BBQ areas but looked Great ! Parking no problems !! Great washer/dryer in unit !! Thank you !!

Overall, the condo was nice. It is an older condo. That being said, the mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable. You could tell it has not been replaced in a very long time. The air matress was more comfortable than it. There is a door from the master bedroom that leads to the outside. You could hear everyone walking by in the middle of the might which is disruptive to sleep through. I still dont understand why you have to pay for wristbands when half the people in the complex are not even wearing them.

The condo was really nice. There was some food on the kitchen wall that we had to clean off but overall the kitchen was fine. Now the hot water issue was the downside. It's like the hot water is on a timer. I would run from the kitchen to the guest bathroom then back to the master bathroom to get the hot water to flow while in the shower. So, we decided that once the hot water started then everyone would go ahead and use it then. One person would jump out of the shower and the other would jump in. The walk from the condo to the beach was great. I was very disappointed in the local food places and when I asked for fresh seafood I was given frozen crabs. Bring your own food to cook if you are a foodie.

Great Location

This was a great location. Has private access to the beach. Gated parking garage and property. The only downfalls is that I believe they should at least have the bare minimums that a hotel would have (a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner). There was also only enough laundry soap to do 1 load but they provided enough soap for 6 loads of dishes. And only 4 rolls of TP for 7 guests for 6 days. They require each guest to purchase a wristband but the wristbands are pointless. They gave sports courts but you cant use the courts, rec area, or gym outside of office hours. The wood floors in the unit were all lifting and had gaps missing. There was loose tiles near the kitchen. Was the unit clean? Yes. Did I feel safe? Yes Resort name, fees and charges with motel amenities.

Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed in the condo from july families first time vacation to spi.The rental in the description was not what we encountered during our stay.When I got into the unit the temp outside was 105 and the ac was not on. I went to turn the ac on and the thermostat fell apart. I had to put it back together and maneuver the metal clip inside the thermostat to turn the ac on. I had to maneuver it again to turn it to 70 because it was so hot.When i walked into the kitchen it smelled like urine/fish. The urine smell was coming from a corner by the bar area and strong fish odor was coming from the drains.I had to purchase products to pour down the drains because my family couldnt bear to eat around that awful smell.I walked into the kitchen and there was a crack on the tile.I then walked into the master bedroom which had floor planks that were not set right and could cause a trip hazard.The shower had mold where the caulking was.The door to the balcony was so hard to shut and if we shut it hard it would shake the decor right above the window. When my children pulled out the sofa bed it was dirty and had trash under the mattress.The mattress itself was so thin my kids backs started to hurt after the second day.We went downstairs to the beach entrance and construction was being done and that smell of fish was so guessing the pipes were one of the issues being worked on.I was not pleased with this rental at all.For the price I paid I feel the construction should have been in the rental ad and the condo should have been inspected to make sure all things and furniture were properly maintained for tenancy.We ate out most of the time and we had to treat the disposal with cleaners to drown out the smell.I urge you to re inspect this unit and replace old furniture that time has expired on.I rented other units before in different vacation spots and this one was the a single mother I work my butt off to provide my children a vacay,this was horrible

The swimming pool is completely renovated with all new deck chairs. Office manager, Linda, is very helpful and accommodating.The condo itself needs a lot of work. The photo on the website for 1309 is misleading. There is no sofa bed - a blow up bed is provided but really no where to put it without moving furniture. Limited seating (a loveseat and tiny recliner). The table and chairs are falling apart - difficult to sit on w/o wobbling. There are no counter stools as pictured in photo. The kitchen sink has very little water pressure (took forever to fill the coffee maker pot). The bathrooms are in great need of updates. (However, water pressure is great for showers). We had to repair the headboards in second bedroom as they fell off from the bed frame. Spectrum internet went out periodically. Elevator A was out several times so we needed to use the steps for three floors.We stayed in this condo for 5 years, but have had enough. We won't be back to this unit.

Several tiles throughout the condo are broken, main bedroom flooring has major separation. They have too many unneeded pieces of furniture in the condo. 1small love seat and a leather chair in living room but two high top tables and chairs and a bar. Main bedroom packed with furniture. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dry worked great. Kitchen appliances are updated and nice. Kitchen sink has no pressure at all. Cabinets could use a major deep clean. Resort: it’s older but the maintenance crew, security, and office staff are fabulous. All the amenities are awesome.Rent on padre: I very much enjoyed the staff that I worked with. They were also great and very on top of everything. I would use rent on padre again but would choose a different condo that’s more updated.

The showers were not cleaned properly I had to clean them again myself and there is one maintenance worker who harassed everyone there making it uncomfortable.
