Immense Wrap-Around Beach View balcon! Privé et haut de gamme!

SituĂ© sur le boulevard du Golfe souhaitable, cette chambre 2, 3 salle de bains Key maison de vacances de style West offre un des plus grands balcons vue sur la plage sur l'Ăźle. Chaque chambre, sauf pour les salles de bains, offre une vue sur le golfe. L'accĂšs Ă  la plage et la plage est situĂ©e directement en face de la maison. Marcher ou prendre la navette Île GRATUIT pour les restaurants et l'Ă©picerie Island. La navette arrĂȘte juste en face de la maison toutes les 30 minutes.

Cette maison de plage se compose de deux unités de vacances à l'étage, chacune avec un balcon privé. Cette unité, connue sous le nom de l'unité du Nord, est le «joyau» de la maison. Avec les planchers de travertin, comptoirs en granit, a chuté de bains en marbre, de qualité commerciale et appareils de cuisine inox, vous aurez envie de faire votre destination pour les vacances annuelles.

Comme à griller? Un grand barbecue de charbon de bois est situé sur le balcon, Profitez de la vue pendant que vous grill, ou vous détendre sur la balancelle, chaises à bascule, ou des chaises de plage en bois aprÚs le temps de plage.

We really, really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were friendly and communicative. The location was excellent, very convenient to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality appliances and utensils. The porch was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean. Adults, teens and the dog all had a wonderful time.

We have stayed at dozens of VRBO’s around the world. What a fantastic stay. It couldn’t be located any better. Situated directly across the street from South Padre Island’s pristine Beach. Lovely view of the water from the front porch. Most rentals are blocked by the high-rise condos on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. This one is not The deck has comfortable seating and a porch swing.The house is wonderfully appointed, has a terrific kitchen and extremely comfortable beds. The host provided all of the equipment you could need for a lovely day at the beach. The hosts, Lynn and Captain Kevin are a great host. Very willing to provide helpful information One small item is the second and third bathrooms only have pedestal sinks and zero counter space but the master bathroom is luxuriously large. I highly recommend it. Would definitely stay again.

Lynn thought of everything to make our stay cozy and comfortable. Super clean! The kitchen and bathrooms are amazing, with higher end soaps and hair products. Plush towels, plenty of fresh pillows and blankets. Amazing stove/oven/fridge if you like to make your own meals. Really nice TV with a bunch of popular apps and great movie selection. The porch is perfect for chilling and a lot bigger than the photos let on. Over all a 10! We will be staying here again. Thank you Lynn and Kevin.

This is our third time staying here and it’s always a great stay. The home was well prepared for our visit, very clean and had everything we needed. It has easy beach access, which is a huge bonus. Highly recommended the Bougainvillea Beach House.

Sure! Here's an extended version: "What a fantastic family getaway! Our host, Lynn, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The spacious, clean unit was perfectly located, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. The wrap-around covered patio was a highlight, ideal for lounging, rocking, and enjoying quality family time under the stars. Being pet-friendly with a small fee was a huge bonus, as our furry friend joined the fun! The cozy living room featured a huge TV, perfect for family movie nights, while the full kitchen—decked out with a stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, and a coffee pot—made meals a breeze. Both bedrooms had comfortable beds and TVs, ensuring everyone had a great night's sleep. With free parking for 2 vehicles and 3 bathrooms in the north unit, there was never a wait. We truly enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a relaxing family retreat!

Amazing as always! This was our third time staying at this house and we love it!! Lynn and Kevin are great hosts. They are available for you if you have questions about anything on the island but they also give you your space. The only place we will stay when we go to South Padre!! Bonus is that they are pet friendly as well so we can bring our 2 dogs with us when we go.

Third stay- excellent as expected

This was our third stay. It feels like home away from home. This time it rained a couple of days during our stay. It’s so nice having a porch to enjoy the rainy weather and games to play. One of the days the wind was too strong to go to the beach, but the porch was a perfect place to enjoy the breeze. Lynn is fantastic host as usual.

Perfect in every way!

All my life I’ve gone to Galveston for beach visits, but I finally decided to make the long trip to South Padre Island. While looking for a place to stay for a four-day visit, I had only one criterion: a beach view but not in a condo. The Bougainvillea Beach House surpassed my expectations. The descriptions of the accommodations made it super easy to know what to bring. Communication with the owner was excellent due to quick and informative replies. Most of all, I felt like we were at an upscale hotel with the beautiful dĂ©cor, the soft, fluffy towels, and the amazing kitchen. A huge thank you to the owner for sharing such a perfect place to enjoy the beach.

PERFECT SPOT

Our stay was amazing. We had a clear view of the ocean right in front of the house, the weather was perfect, and we were provided with everything we could need for a perfect beach day. All of the fun bayside bar and restaurants are walking distance from this spot. Lynn goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable.🪼

Very relaxing

Everything was as described and then some. We stayed 4 nights and had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. We really enjoyed being able to just sit outside and see the ocean from the deck. Lynn and her husband were very accommodating with helping us get around the island. Lynn recommended Tom and Jerry's for a good burger and it didn't disappoint... it was delicious! Her husband also does fishing excursions which my husband wished that he knew earlier in the trip. He definitely would have went on one. All in all we had a really great trip. If we were to return we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay!

Bougainvillea House was exactly as advertised and more. Lynn was a lovely host, and we had access to chairs, carts, boogie boards and sand play things, which was so convenient. The unit itself was super clean, comfy beds, fluffy towels, new appliances, loved having a w/d in the unit. Beach access was simply crossing the street and then straight through the dunes to the water. We enjoyed our stay!

Escape from Midwest weather.

We keep coming back because we have found what we want from a VRBO. Homey, clean, easy access to beach. Love sitting on the porch during the day and evening. Hostess has thought of every need for a stay at their home. Pet friendly and is set up that your dog has as much fun as you during your stay.

Beautiful condo!

Our group of 4 adults and 2 pups loved this beautiful condo. The property inside and out was welcoming. Everything in the condo was clean and it great condition. Lots of cooking supplies in a beautiful kitchen. We enjoyed the grill one evening for burgers on the deck. Comfortable deck with a beautiful view of the ocean just across the street. The master bed was super comfy. The owners were so proactive in communicating and left a very detailed binder with great information about the island restaurants and shops. Great hospitality and so friendly. I highly recommended this condo when visiting SPI.

Great family house

We were in South Padre during a cold and rainy few days. The home had plenty of things to do, including premium TV apps for nearly every service. We loved this place.

Perfect beach getaway spot.

From the FULLY stocked kitchen, to the bag of ice, HUGE porch, beautiful sunrises right from the porch, 3/4 ocean view, super comfy bed, and name brand amenities, this property is sublime. Very clean and well maintained. Lynn and Kevin are super nice and informative. And it’s very dog friendly too! Loved it, we will be back.
