Great location! Right next door to the pier, Bar Louie, and steps away from the beach. The condo has a cottage feel and is very clean. 5 Stars!

We loved this property and will come back. The hosts were very responsive to any message sent. We enjoyed the short walk through the property to the beach where we spent most of our days. From our balcony we could see the ocean and the hotel next to us. The sunrise is a must see and it was one of my favorite moments on this trip.

The condo and location to the beach was great as expected. The only thing to consider on this is the loud music next door (bars) which this host obviously has no control over. The bars close at a reasonable hour during the week. Just expect loud music late into the night on weekends.

Condo is very nice and clean. Good location…Beach access was great! Pool is at the base of the stairs!I didn’t notice in the description that the condo is on the 3rd floor with only stair access. My husband has a heart condition and the first trip upstairs was a bit tough… we learned how to pace ourselves and the rest of the week was good!

The first thing we noticed was how incredibly clean and cozy the condo was. The bed was really comfortable along with the couches in the living room. It was especially nice to have the Roku on the TVs so we could watch Disney and Netflix. The location is close to all of the hotspots on the island and there is a private entrance to the beach along with a spot to rinse off sand. It felt very private and we appreciated the blackout curtains for late mornings. We will be retuning next year, we loved it that much.

We had an incredible stay at this beach house from Thursday to Sunday. The ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the easy access to the beach made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable for my family and me.The property was very clean, well-maintained, and the landscaping added to the peaceful atmosphere. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything in great condition.The staff truly made the difference—they were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, which made us feel right at home.Overall, we had a fantastic time and created some great memories here. We highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back!

The host was very responsive with check in and out. Made an easy accomidation to our super late arrival. Condo was amazing pools were awesome and heated. Bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and maintained. The view balcony was incredible. The host was great and very responsive. The only issue we had was the music on Saturday night was very loud and went until midnight. It sounded like we were in the bar. Had to get up early to get to the airport. But overall it was an amazing 4 days.

We just returned from an amazing stay at Mario and Toni’s beautiful condo on South Padre Island, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and the cozy ambiance of the place.The condo was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a perfect staycation. The kitchen had everything from cookware to utensils, making it easy to prepare meals. The living area was spacious, providing a comfortable spot to relax after a day at the beach.The location couldn’t be better! Just steps away from the beach, we enjoyed sunbathing and swimming every day. There are plenty of activities nearby, from dining to shopping, ensuring there’s never a dull moment.Overall, our experience was a 10/10! If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with everything you need right at your fingertips, Mario and Toni’s condo is definitely a must-book. We can’t wait to return!
