House was great and you can't beat the location. We didn't have a car and were able to walk to the grocery store, shops and restaurants and the gondola. Would stay here again!

Amazing stay in Telluride! Home is beautiful and a great location. Short walk to the gondola, restaurants and shopping. Place was very clean and we felt at home. Elevator up the hot tub was great for sore legs after a long day on the mountain. Highly recommend

We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals in Telluride. This is one of the better maintained properties we’ve visited.

The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Great location to downtown Telluride and access to the Gondola for Mountain Village. Summer in Telluride is amazing!

Excellent property to enjoy the last week of the season

Ironwood A ticked all the boxes. Great layout to comfortably accommodate 6 adults offering both ample privacy and large social spaces. Beautiful design and convenient location. The Lodging In Telluride Team were very accommodating and offered solutions to our requests for early check-in and late check-out. Timely and clear communication from booking, during the stay and post departure. You can’t go wrong with Lodging In Telluride service.

Great Property

Overall this is a great property. Very nice with great location and great views, several balconies. The only frustration we experienced was having to work to keep it cool (a lot of annoying opening and closing shades/windows), but I think that is fairly common for places across Telluride. The top floor master suite was particularly hard to keep cool even at night. But overall we had a great time and enjoyed this property, would stay here again.

We had a great experience during our stay. The house was in a great location and very walkable, was clean and the hosts were extremely responsive throughout our stay. The house does not have air conditioning and got to be a little warm in the top floor but came with a number of fans and the hosts provided all the tips and tricks to keep the house cool during the warmer hours of the day. All in all, an amazing house.

superb modern townhouse

stayed here for christmas week with my family, it was great- house is in fabulous condition, looks even better than the pictures in person. the elevator was very convenient moving luggage and gear around. quick walk to the gondola. highly recommend.

Terribly Overpriced

This is by far the worst property I have ever stayed at in Telluride. Multiple issues during our stay. No A/C (which is typical in CO) but to make it worse no ceiling fans. The master bedroom was a sweltering hell hole from 11:00am-11:00pm. Pictures are very deceiving. Horrible layout, no shade all day long on any part of the building. Many better choices in Telluride and Mountain Village.

Andrew, we are truly sorry that your experience compelled you to write such a negative review for Ironwood A. This is one of our premier properties that we have only received 5 star reviews for. We constantly strive to provide a wonderful experience for our guests, so it is concerning to read such a negative review. Your stay coincided with the Telluride Bluegrass Festival which is the most expensive weekend of the summer. You called us on the morning of your departure because an alarm was going off in the entire Ironwood complex around 8am. The townhome next to Ironwood A had a water leak, which caused a Flow Logic alarm to go off in the entire building. You were understandably very upset about this, and we were certainly caught off guard as this has never happened before. However this incident was truly out of our control - it was by no means a faulty alarm and definitely not something we could have prevented. We are thankful that all alarms are properly working at the Ironwood complex and that it wasn’t anything more serious. To help with the inconvenience, we sent a $200 refund that same day, per your request for compensation. Was it warm during your stay? Absolutely it was. The entire western United States was going through a record breaking heat wave and Telluride was no exception. We entered the low to mid 80s during the day and low 50s at night; that will probably be the hottest week of the year. We have portable fans and blackout blinds in every single room. As with all of our Telluride properties, it is very important that blinds are closed during periods of direct sunlight in order to keep the property cool. Aside from the call about the alarm, we did not hear from you during your stay. We certainly would have been eager to mitigate any other issues that affected you. I am the owner of the company, and I personally inspected and prepared the property for your stay, including a full technology check, and everything was in impeccable condition and functioning as it should. I feel that this review is not a fair reflection of this property or our services. We hope that our strong track record of positive reviews will help negate this one.

Everything was as expected. Location is great, close to Main Street in town but just a short gondola ride to the mountain. Would book again!

This rental is decorated beautifully. It is in a perfect location within a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. My favorite aspect of the home were the views and the outdoor deck! I would return to this rental again and again!

Absolutely outstanding! Fantastic!!

This place was perfect: elegant, luxurious, comfortable, clean and welcoming. First of all, the house is exactly like the pictures you see but better. There are a numerous decks with superb views, plus a hot tub at the top perfect for star gazing at night. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious (“best shower I ever had”). The house is spacious and ideally sized for everyone. It's location is perfect with easy access to town and trails - all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!!!

Incredible Home & Location

This was our second stay with Georgie and our first in this home. It was an outstanding experience. The location of the home was the best you could ask for. A 5 minute walk brings you to the gondola, Clark's, or the main shopping in town. The quality, finishes, and cleanliness of this home was top notch. Our whole family couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended and will stay here again.
