Alessandro was fantastic, a great host, and very communicative with his instructions and property details. The property itself was also amazing, perfect walkability throughout the town and even to the beach on the lake, but just enough away from the town center that it was quiet and relaxing. Ideal location. My wife, daughter, and I would absolutely return to Trevignano Romano and stay at Alessandro’s again. It was the perfect place for our small family. It was clean, spacious, homely and comfortable, and had amazing lake views and outdoor spaces for the kids to run around while enjoying the perfect weather. At the same time, very safe, as the lake entrance from the yard was gated and child proof, as was the front patio. Overall we had a wonderful time and were sad to go. Highly recommend!

Trevignano Romano is the reason to stay here!

Trevignano Romano Is a wonderful small lakeside village. The flat is lakeside with a nice view. A nice place!

Wonderful Garden with lakeview

The apartment is in the mane street of Trevignano. This means some noise must be tolerated but it also means easy access to everything. The quiet garden with lake view is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and would go back anytime.

En route from Siena to Fiumicino

We had been in Siena and wanted to be closer to airport for our morning flight. Without knowing much I picked the house on the lake. We were not disappointed to say the least! We spent 2 nights, walked along the lake and through the old town up to the church ruins. Beautiful! And the pizza just up the street (il Forno Franchini) is outstanding. House is comfortable, nice outside space right on lake with view.

Lovely Lake View Property

We recently enjoyed a lovely 6 day stay at this property. The apartment is very comfortable with a wonderful of the lake from inside & from the outside patio. It is well equipped with the only things we missed being a kettle & a toaster. The check in process was all done on line with information provided by Alessandro & it was problem free.. The location is excellent with many good restaurants nearby. It is also located very close to Il Forno, a bakery where we could get our breakfast cornettos each morning. Trevignano Romano was very quiet when we were there since it was end of season. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Lakeside Home

This home is just as described. Sits at the waterside of a quiet lake. In the center of town steps away from cafes and restaurants. It has two great bedrooms with comfortable beds and bedding. The bathrooms are nice with a washer in one. the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there are comfy couches and multiple seating areas. We loved dining outside at the table and sitting in comfy lounge chairs looking at the lake. A real bonus is a private parking space below the building in an underground garage. Alessandro was a wonderful host and communicated with us very well. He was quick to respond to any questions. Don’t miss out on a stay at this wonderful location.

Lovely Town Great Location Amazing Host

Everything was clean and as pictured; however, the listing states ‘house’ and this is not. This is part of a condominium; this may be due to understanding of what a house is as in America a house is a standalone dwelling with no one else attached. This is a building unit with multiples. This aside, all was well and with no issue. Think those choosing to stay need to understand this as it is not easy to understand from the pictures. I will say, at night it is very quiet and peaceful. We had an issue with a hair dryer and within a moment we had a new one at our doorstep, also had some batteries go out on a remote for the air and again, batteries without hesitation at our doorstep. Very, very responsive and thankful for our stay. The town itself is amazing with wonderful restaurants and scenery to compliment. Before we arrived, I had many questions and Alessandro was very responsive and had an answer or would seek one out. We appreciate his hospitality and felt we were in good hands in a country we had not ventured in before. :)

Charming apartment in a charming little town

We found the apartment very lovely and clean. The garden with the view of bracciano is wunderfull. The beds are very comfortable. There are so many good restaurants in Trevignano that we didn’t cook much, but the kitchen works well for some simple cooking. We surely recommend the apartment and would come back here anytime…😀

Splendida!

Appartamento adagiato sulle sponde del lago, in un piccolo condominio, a piano terra per usufruire del piccolo ma perfetto giardino, che i nostri due cani hanno molto apprezzato. La location è strabiliante, un panorama stupendo vi accoglie e vi tiene compagnia, cigni, papere, piccole barche che passano raramente sotto casa.... l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i comfort, non mancano neppure detersivi, piccole cose di prima necessità sempre apprezzate. La casa è elegantemente arredata, a due passi da tutti i servizi utili, ma gode di una privacy invidiabile: insomma non si può chiedere di meglio. Alessandro è stato un host preparato e attento, assolutamente perfetto. Consigliamo vivamente questa soluzione abitativa per chi volesse visitare la cittadina di Trevignano romano con il suo bel lungolago e i tanti locali che lo animano!

una vera casa sul lago!

La casa ha una posizione incredibile. Da una parte il paese a 2 passi con tutti i ristoranti/negozi vicini e dall'altra questo bellissimo patio con giardino letteralmente adagiato sul lago! Un panorama ed una pace che fanno da soli la vacanza! Siamo stati benissimo e anche durante un pomeriggio nuvoloso la casa ci ha regalato un'esperienza meravigliosa con il suono delle onde del lago che si infrangevano sul parapetto. Alessandro è una persona molto accogliente e pragmatica - operazioni di check-in/check-out velocissime! Torneremo sicuramente
