Great location and clean, however, was not able to get ahold of anyone for a second key for the duration of my 4 night stay. As well, there wasn’t any air conditioning so the apartment would get very hot at times.

Hi Tyler, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed our location and found the apartment clean. I apologize for the inconvenience you faced with not being able to get a second key, and for the lack of air conditioning which made your stay uncomfortable at times. Great rental in Porto

Process and communication was very easy with the property manager. Location was nice and quiet however a good 10-12mins walk to the downtown core. We had to Uber a few times after getting quite tired (we are 3 pretty fit adults). We notified some areas where damage had occurred prior to our stay and property management was understanding and appreciative. Fortunately these areas had no influence on our ability to stay in the property and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend the listing indicate that the unit does not come with air conditioning and only uses floor fans. We felt comfortable after we realized the best way to kept cool.
