Clean well appointed cottage in a great location in Fordingbridge the heart of the New Forest within walking distance of excellent pubs and restaurants! The garden absolutely outstanding! Highly recommended!

Small, perfect bolt hole for trips out and about. Very clean, good parking. Good instructions from the owner to find the place, read them carefully.

Lovely accommodation in a peaceful setting

A lovely place to stay with the family. The accommodation was very clean, modern and very comfortable. The sofa bed was large and more than big enough for our two children. The treats on arrival were a lovely touch and made the stay that much more special. Would definitely recommend.

This property is very good quality and the host was very helpful. The location is great , being easy walking distance from Fordingbridge. Unfortunately, the stairs to the first floor are more like a ladder and there is very limited headroom at the top and bottom of the bed, which made it difficult getting to the bathroom.

Perfect bolthole in the New Forest

The property was top-to-toe to immaculate. Great care had been taken by the owners to think of everything (and more!) guests might need. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the Riverside Lodge and wonderful landscaped gardens which were extensive and beautiful. The location was quiet and peaceful but very close to all the amenities that Fordingbridge offers.

Perfect home from home.

The property provided a perfect home from home situation. Our host was extremely welcoming and took us through the property, explaining everything we needed to know. Everything is to a high specification and there are lots of extra bits which made the visit even more pleasant. There were many thoughtful touches. The whole visit was very comfortable, relaxing and in a lovely setting. There are handy shops and take-aways close by and beautiful countryside for walks. We will be back!

Everything was very much as described and looked almost all brand new . Easy check in and some good local advice offered which was acted upon with visits to The Ship round the corner, easily the best pub in town and the food is great there too!Really nice to have a few extras such as shampoos, salt&pepper and oils for cooking along with some fantastic fresh baked bread from the local bakery.Overall great value for money and in a great location, would definitely visit again !
