There is a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a first-floor games room. To the outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio and dining seating, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Greystones Chapel is an incredibly property with unique features, offering a spectacular family retreat to Wales.

The expansive lakes of Llyn Padarn and Llyn Peris lie near to Llanberis, a popular village with walkers and climbers looking to start their ascent to Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon). Also close to the village is the coastal town of Caernarfon, and the serene village of Betws-y-Coed further afield, making Llanrug a great spot to explore the Snowdonia National Park.
