Check-in was smooth, and the apartment was clean. Having a parking spot was extremely convenient. Gets the job done and is walking distance to a lot of awesome stuff. Our dog loved her first beach experience!

Our stay at Katrina’s, Pippi Paradise was very relaxing. The cottage had all the necessities to cook and was very clean. Also very comfortable and quiet within walking distance of market in beach we enjoyed ourselves immensely my wife and I were very happy with the choice. Thank you.

Visit San Diego often, usually staying in a hotel. Thought it would be nice to have a “home base” while this is visit was longer and included working locally, visiting my older daughter, and launching my youngest off to college (while she was still recovering from minor surgery). The stay could not be more perfect, even had touches similar to my childhood home. The cottage was meticulously clean and equipped, vibrantly decorated, and easily accessible, with very clear written guidance and responsiveness from host about details. The host even left the porch light on when we hit traffic, pushing out our arrival time to quite late. The garage was a big perk; my car was packed with valuables as I was moving my daughter into college. (Took a little maneuvering, but easily parked my average sized SUV.) The yard was also very nice; beautiful succulents in the garden.My only complaint was that I was so busy I didn’t get to enjoy it more. Looking forward to a future visit!

As in the past, staying at this property has made my vacation in Ocean Beach more comfortable and relaxing.The property is exceptionally clean. There are comfortable chairs and couch to relax in and the bed is very comfortable as well.The numerous amenities available such as a well equipped kitchen to cook meals, abundant towels, beach chairs, coolers, easy access to laundry washer and dryer, etc. all combine to the make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable.The owner is immediately responsive to any questions or concerns that may arise during my stay.

Enjoyed our stay, it had everything we needed including a garage. Really liked the close proximity to the beach, just a short five minute walk away. The neighborhood is quite eclectic offering a mixed variety of stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Best of all, our dog loved Dog Beach! Would definitely come back again. Great location

This property is a great location with easy access to everything around the San Diego area. Very clean and offered everything you need. Only caution I would include is the parking, the garage is VERY tight, have to really pay attention. We had a Nissan Sentra and felt like it barely fit, especially with the minimal radius to pull in. Witnessed another tenant trying to pull in and she totally damaged the passenger side of the garage and garage frame. So use extreme caution when pulling in or try to park on the street, which we did some. Feel a little misleading when they say you can park a large SUV, but Still give it 5 star overall!!

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our stay at Pippi's Paradise! The location was a block from the beach. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the dog beach. Clean, comfy and quiet, even on a weekend!

Family Trip to SD

The property was as described, clean, quiet and while small, perfect for a family by the beach. Seemed like it was 10 minutes from anywhere. Would stay again and highly recommend. The garage is a huge plus seeing parking is a premium.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This place was Amazing! We had 2 adults for one week. We had everything we needed. Super cute beach vibe decor and very comfortable. Looks just like the pictures! Beach chairs available we used them every day. Instructions from host were clear, we even got in early! Thank you! We felt safe and it was quiet. We did not rent a car, everything was within walking distance. Perfect location, very clean! Thank you Katrina! We would definitely stay again!

Safe and Sound, Cute Cottage

Location is amazing on two counts. About a block from the beach and three blocks from all the action and an amazing surf. Secondly, OB does have a homeless problem, like most of CA, but this cottage is one of four behind a big green opaque fence and that felt safe. I hope to be back.

Enjoyable Stay

This cottage is exactly as described within walking distance of everything the friendly beach neighborhood has to offer. Well equipped with more than ample starter supplies, access to laundry and off street parking. Hope to be back again!

A real plus is the off street parking as there is little to none available. Great restaurants and things to do in the area. The airport flight path is directly overhead which we knew from reading other reviews.

Cozy Beach Cottage

First time in Ocean Beach and loved every minute of our five day visit! Close to the airport, the cozy beach cottage is within walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and a market half a block away for essentials. No need for a car at all! The cottage itself is super cute with colorful folk art and furnishings, all immaculately clean. We will definitely be back!
