Great location accommodation

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The location was perfect and street parking wasn't too tedious to find - we never had to park more than 1 block away, and this was due to arriving back to the apartment later in the evening. Check in was a breeze and all of the necessary beach equipment was readily available (including a wagon to help tote your items!). Beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. Host was very easy to communicate with and when I did reach out with a question during the stay, she responded in under 5 minutes, which I can't say is always the case and I very much appreciated her attentiveness and responsiveness. I would recommend this listing to my friends and would stay here again.

Great property in a perfect location!!

Clean and cheerful property in a fabulous location!! Located on a quiet corner just steps from the beach and the heart of Ocean Beach. Fully stocked with lots of effort on the details of what you would need for a stay. Great communication from the property manager to make the checkin easy and the stay a fabulous one. The owner was very helpful and informative of local restaurants and bars and other things. The place had everything we really needed. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants was a plus even in Jan when the beach is too cold

Great place close to the beach!

The location was perfect - really close to both Ocean Beach, Dog Beach, and Newport Avenue with all of the restaurants and shops. We walked to everything. The place was immaculately clean and newly remodeled. I could tell the owner tried to think of every detail to make it an awesome place to stay. The owner called me ahead of time to touch base and kept in touch throughout the entire vacation. The only suggestion I could make would be a washer and dryer, but I can see how space restraints could make that difficult. There is a laundromat close by.

Great location, comfortable stay

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. Location was excellent - 1 block from the beach and 3-4 blocks from the restaurants and shops. The host gave us very clear instructions for check-in, including a list of recommended restaurants - awesome! The host was easy to get in touch with if there were any issues. There was a beach mat and beach chairs in the apartment, which was great. There's a hose on the private patio to rinse off your feet after the beach so you're not tracking sand through the apartment. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location and clean

We had a weekend stay in San Diego and this apartment was a great spot. One block from ocean beach and few minutes walk to restaurants. The market across the street was so convenient. Apartment was clean, and host gave clear instructions for entry. We were able to check in early which was great! Thanks for a wonderful stay, will book again.

Great stay in the heart of OB

This condo is located just a block or so off the beach in Ocean Beach. The rental is well appointed with just about anything you may need for your beach trip/stay - which we appreciated since we were traveling with our young son from the East Coast. Communication was great with the owner - we did have to reach out to the property manager for the garbage code, he was responsive. Would've given 5 stars overall but the condo rules were a tad overwhelming...additional charges for sand in the shower when going to the beach daily with a 7 yr old is tough! We vacuumed the condo during our stay and my husband even vacuumed the dry shower before checkout... maybe just assume there will be sand and adjust your listing prices accordingly.
