Historic Plaka's Deluxe Apartment

This renovated apartment (2021) is a heartbeat away from Acropolis, at the famous and historic area of Plaka!



The apartment is located in a very strategy place, in Plaka, just under Acropolis, you can be anywhere in 5 minutes by foot!



It has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms with a flat TV each and two bathrooms! You can use our lovely terrace where you can enjoy your evening coffee!



The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7. For the winter there is the option for heating with natural gas with extra cost .



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



Acropolis is the closest Metro station



Smoking is only allowed in the balcony



Common quiet hours 11:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.



Early check-in, late check-out, and late check-in after 00:00 are available upon request, subject to availability, and come with a small additional fee.

Communication with the property manager was excellent. They made arrangements for transfer from the airport that had to be modified after several flight issues. The property was centrally located to our tours and activities, shopping and restaurants. We walked to everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

A Great Location

We recently stayed in this VRBO. The location was great: a seven minute walk to the Acropolis and Museum, short walks to outdoor cafes and higher end restaurants, and a three minute walk to the grocery. The apartment was lovely, clean, and the managers responsive.

Fantastic apartment in a great location.

The apartment was as described - very clean and well presented. It is in a perfect location for exploring the sights. George was very responsive with any queries we had and arranged transfers to and from the airport which were great. We would happily stay here again .

Amazing place in the heart of Plaka!

Incredible! In every aspect of this rental...communication, coordination of transfers, location and the apartment...this rental is a "Win!" If we make it back to Athens again one day, here's our place to stay!

Excellent place for a stay in Plaka, convenient to a million shops and restaurants. Communication could have been just a bit better, but by the time we arrived in Athens George let me know that someone would be there to let us in and show us the apartment. Clean and comfortable. Family Stay in Plaka

Bucket list trip included a stay in this Plaka district apartment. Great amenities and centrally located in area full of restaurants and shops and within a 10 minute walk of the Acropolis. Management is very responsive to any issues and helpful with arranging transport to/from airport. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend this property to anyone visiting Athens.

Great Location

We would absolutely stay again. The location couldn’t have been better. We were close to so many great shops and restaurants, as well as the Acropolis. Everything was walking distance. The flat was very clean and comfortable.

Great Apartment with a Great location

The location is amazing and the apartment is as good as the pictures (maybe better). Management was very responsive to all questions and helped set up car service to and from airports. Great location, stayed with 3 children was able to walk around to all the shops, restaurants, and Acropolis. Very safe and very clean area.

This property was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, there was access to a washer/dryer, it was in the heart of Plaka and the distance to historical sites was unbeatable. Great location and great communication and service from the management team. They also helped accommodate transportation to and from the airport which made it easier for us with the kids. Modern Apartment in Perfect Plaka Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Everything was clean and modern and the location in Plaka was perfect. Tons of restaurants, cafes, shops right outside your door and the main tourist attractions are a 7-10 minute walk. AC worked great in the 95+ degree weather mid July! George arranged our transfers, which was especially helpful for our 4:30am pick up time to get to our 7am flight!

We stayed prior to a cruise and the apartment was perfection! Centrally located and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops as well as The Acropolis and Museum. The apartment was clean and spacious for our family of four. The host was amazing in helping us with transportation from the airport and to the cruise with lots of luggage. They made the trip stress free through their responsiveness and attention to detail.

Perfect accommodation

Location in Plaka is unbeatable. Walking distance to almost all sites in Athens. Pedestrian area but transfer vehicles can pick up approximately 50 feet away from the door to the unit. Brand new and fully functioning washer and dryer available up a small spiral staircase just behind the unit. Good communication and easy access with electronic key codes without having to meet anyone at check-in. I highly recommend this company as everything was perfect with good communication, etc. I also had them arrange airport transfers to and from Athens international airport with good communication there and exactly as described.
