We had a wonderful stay at this excellent property! It is unusual to find such a modern apartment in the heart of the area with two en-suite bathrooms. It was excellent for two couples traveling together. The availability of restaurants and activities in the area was exceptional. Spyros and the team were delightful to work with on everything. We had a number of communications and they were all quick and efficient. Spyros frequently offered solutions that more than we asked or expected. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Athens.

Lots of cafes nearby. Our favorite coffee shop was Pair. We loved the privacy of the penthouse and security. Everything was very convenient. Highly recommend. Niche Hotel rooftop was excellent.

Great location! Clean, very nicely appointed, spacious. Beautiful view of the Parthenon. Very easy to check in and out. Great tips by host for food, etc. Touristy shopping and high end shopping close by. National gardens also close. Very close to metro stop. I would stay here again!

We had a short 36 hour window to see all we could see in Athens and this property could not be more perfect! The host was helpful and patient with us at check in, providing us with car service and great meal recommendations. The apartment has amazing views and is very well stocked. This is honestly a home I would see living in. Great spaces and a well outfitted kitchen. My teens were relieved to have great WiFi too!

Great location and view

Communication with host was great and the place was as described. My only complaint was as there was no extra blankets for the bed for those who don’t like it as cold as others inside the unit at night. There were some ants in one bathroom but they didn’t cause any issues. Caution when putting the address in for uber drivers. We had two that were unable to find us by entering the address given. Apparently there is another one close by that is too similar. But the place was great.

Just wanted to highlight that: extra blankets and linen are always available at the apartment's closet, as described at the instructions given for the check-in :) Also, Syggrou Avenue, is one of the most cental avenues in Athens, so believe me, all taxi drivers know about the address, without exception. Amazing view

We enjoyed the location, awesome AC,and the view. Wife said that having a glass door to the bathroom and to the shower can have some privacy issues if you were there with friends and not family. There was a bedroom reading light that was broken with exposed broken wires,but I told the owner and he said they would fix it immediately.A resident of the building left a note in the elevator that the renters in the building were being loud including scooting chairs across the floors. I don't believe they were talking about us but it did get us thinking about the chairs in the kitchen and moving them on the hard wood floor creating noise. It might be an idea to put felt pads on the legs of the chairs. But this is a great location and a great apartment,close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. All within walking distance.

We arrived early and the previous renters were not out of the apartment yet. Spyros sent someone over to let us in to storage area to store our luggage until the apartment was ready. Process was smooth and he was very helpful. Apartment was beautify and in a great location.
