Appartement lumineux avec vue panoramique sur l'Acropole

Ceci est un luxueux penthouse de 2 chambres avec des vues spectaculaires à 180 degrés sur l'Acropole et la ville. Il est situé à quelques minutes à pied du musée de l'Acropole et du site de l'Acropole. Il dispose de deux chambres avec salle de bains, une chambre confortable avec un canapé-lit, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un WC supplémentaire et surtout un balcon avec une vue vraiment incroyable sur l'Acropole!
Il dispose d'une télévision à écran plat dans le salon, WiFi haut débit, AC, et toutes les commodités modernes. L'appartement dispose d'une machine à laver et d'un étendoir à linge.
L'appartement est situé au 7ème étage. Il y a un ascenseur jusqu'au 6ème étage et 17 étapes du 6ème au 7ème étage.

Informations sur la localisation
En quelques minutes, vous entrez dans une belle promenade piétonne qui permet de flâner le long du centre historique de la ville, visiter les monuments et la pittoresque Plaka.
La station de métro Acropolis est également située dans la zone piétonne.
Cette région de l'Acropole compte de nombreux restaurants et bars qui répondent à tous les goûts. Super marchés, étals de fruits et légumes et l'une des meilleures boulangerie à Athènes appelée Takis sont également situés dans cette zone.

Nous sommes heureux de vous fournir des horaires d'enregistrement et de départ flexibles, alors laissez-nous savoir quand vous souhaitez arriver et partir et nous ferons de notre mieux pour satisfaire vos demandes. Veuillez noter qu'en fonction de la disponibilité, l'enregistrement se fera vers 15h00 et le départ vers 11h00.
Check-in: entre 09h00 et 21h00 - gratuit
Pour les arrivées entre 21h00 et 09h00, nous vous recommandons d'utiliser nos chauffeurs de taxi fiables qui viendront vous chercher à l'aéroport et vous enregistrer dans l'appartement, sans frais supplémentaires. Le coût est de 45 euros jusqu'à 23h00 et de 60 euros entre 23h00 et 05h00.
Alternativement, si vous faites votre propre chemin vers l'appartement, un de nos collaborateurs vous accueillera à l'appartement. Il y a des frais d'enregistrement tardif de 20 Euros, qui seront ajoutés au paiement de votre solde.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and the view of the Acropolis is stunning! Very close walk to everything. We walked to the Acropolis, stadium, Plaka. 30 minutes from airport and 20 minutes to cruise port. We would highly recommend staying here especially before cruising.

Very pleasant host, beautiful view of Parthenon! Rooms were perfect for 2 single travelers, each with en suite bathroom/ shower. Great a/c, nice hot water, big kitchen w/ 2 refrigerators and microwave, and french press. Relaxing space if you’re tired of hotel rooms The extra steps to penthouse were a bit more than anticipated for lugging suitcases, won’t be a problem if traveling light. Shops, restaurants and bars are all an easy walk, but immediate surrounding area a little sketchy looking, although we didn’t encounter any problemsOverall, we were very pleased,Just note that flagging down a taxi in Athens is tough, other than in front of the bigger hotels and venues

Reasonable accommodation in the heart of Athens, walking distance to Plaka, grocery stores, public transit, and shopping. The apartment offers incredible views of the Acropolis and the large windows allow for great natural lighting. Besides one of the three bedrooms being very small (best suited for a child) and having a ton of ants, as well as the entry to the building lacking in security and cleanliness the stay was enjoyable and allowed my family and I to explore Athens comfortably.

Absolute Perfection in Athens! Our stay at this penthouse was nothing short of spectacular! The apartment completely lives up to its description, offering stunning, unobstructed views of the Acropolis right from the terrace—it was truly magical to see it lit up at night.Inside, the apartment was immaculately clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, as it served as the perfect base for easily walking to and exploring all the major sights and local attractions.To top it all off, our host, Yorgos, was wonderful. Location location location! Very conveniently located and walkable to all the attractions in Athens. Absolutely amazing view of the Parthenon and Acropolis. Breathless at sunset and in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed just sitting on the large patio and enjoying the view at night time. Plus there was a large volume of good restaurants and shopping nearby. With grocery stores within blocks it was very easy to stock up and cook any time of the day. The hosts were very friendly and responsive with their communications and assisted with airport transfers. We would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Apartment was as advertised and the host was very responsive to inquires about local guides and drivers. The view of the Acropolis is stunning. If ever in Athens again I would stay here as it’s conveniently located. One word of caution- if you are sensitive to noise it’s located on a busy street and there is traffic noise. We kept the windows closed to sleep but you can still hear the noise slightly. Recommend bringing ear plugs because the view makes the noise much less of an issue.

Great modern apartment in an absolute perfect central location to the entire city of Athens! The Acropolis is literally so close it fills up the panoramic patio door! Tons of local restaurants 2 blocks away and right next to Metro. Supermarket 1 block away for water and the essentials. Convenient clothes washer that you simply need to air dry your laundry afterwards. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, and microwave. Tiny 2 person elevator makes it easy to reach 7th floor, just requires a little logistical planning ;-)

Enjoyed the location and the layout of the apartment. Excellent help with check-in process, good communication. Having several bathrooms was fantastic when travelling with teenagers. Kids got stuck very briefly in the elevator, property manager was super helpful with this. Quickly resolved. Would stay here again.
