Appartement lumineux avec vue panoramique sur l'Acropole

Ceci est un luxueux penthouse de 2 chambres avec des vues spectaculaires à 180 degrés sur l'Acropole et la ville. Il est situé à quelques minutes à pied du musée de l'Acropole et du site de l'Acropole. Il dispose de deux chambres avec salle de bains, une chambre confortable avec un canapé-lit, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, un WC supplémentaire et surtout un balcon avec une vue vraiment incroyable sur l'Acropole!
Il dispose d'une télévision à écran plat dans le salon, WiFi haut débit, AC, et toutes les commodités modernes. L'appartement dispose d'une machine à laver et d'un étendoir à linge.
L'appartement est situé au 7Úme étage. Il y a un ascenseur jusqu'au 6Úme étage et 17 étapes du 6Úme au 7Úme étage.

Informations sur la localisation
En quelques minutes, vous entrez dans une belle promenade piétonne qui permet de flùner le long du centre historique de la ville, visiter les monuments et la pittoresque Plaka.
La station de métro Acropolis est également située dans la zone piétonne.
Cette région de l'Acropole compte de nombreux restaurants et bars qui répondent à tous les goûts. Super marchés, étals de fruits et légumes et l'une des meilleures boulangerie à AthÚnes appelée Takis sont également situés dans cette zone.

Nous sommes heureux de vous fournir des horaires d'enregistrement et de départ flexibles, alors laissez-nous savoir quand vous souhaitez arriver et partir et nous ferons de notre mieux pour satisfaire vos demandes. Veuillez noter qu'en fonction de la disponibilité, l'enregistrement se fera vers 15h00 et le départ vers 11h00.
Check-in: entre 09h00 et 21h00 - gratuit
Pour les arrivées entre 21h00 et 09h00, nous vous recommandons d'utiliser nos chauffeurs de taxi fiables qui viendront vous chercher à l'aéroport et vous enregistrer dans l'appartement, sans frais supplémentaires. Le coût est de 45 euros jusqu'à 23h00 et de 60 euros entre 23h00 et 05h00.
Alternativement, si vous faites votre propre chemin vers l'appartement, un de nos collaborateurs vous accueillera à l'appartement. Il y a des frais d'enregistrement tardif de 20 Euros, qui seront ajoutés au paiement de votre solde.

Emplacement Idéal pour aimer AthÚnes .

Malgré un extérieur dépaysant ,un ascenseur minuscule, et quelques marches, wow ! la vue. Propre , accueil cordial parfait , de tout pour cuisiner (complet). La situation géographique en fait un choix à recommander.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a great location to see the sights of Athens. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. We received very helpful information from our host regarding transportation, local restaurants, and groceries. The view of the Acropolis was amazing, especially lit up at night. Two mature couples (65) enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend to fellow travelers.

The views from the apartment are amazing!! There is plenty to enjoy within walking distance. The hospitality was so friendly and welcoming!! There was plenty of communication prior to the trip we were set and ready from the driver, check in and check out and beyond! It was a wonderful stay!

As the name of the listing states, this is a bright apt with a stunning Acropolis view. The apt is centrally located. Easy to get around, walking distance to all the ancient sites, restaurants, markets and bakeries. The apt is well equipped with everything needed for our 4 adults to comfortably eat breakfast or lounge around munching on leftovers, drinking wine and beers on the balcony talking about our day's adventures while gazing at the evening glow of the Parthenon. The bedrooms are not oversized but had comfortable king size beds. Both bedrooms had on-suites. Beware if you are somewhat prudish, the 2nd bedroom bath has glass walls. Although there is a small half bath off the main living room if pulling your pants down in front of someone else is too much to bear. Our host was most accommodating; arranging transportation (and price) from the airport, meeting us at the apt for a personal briefing to arranging for our transportation to the cruise ship on departure day. All flawless executed. The only downside is the elevator stops one floor short of the apt floor. However, the final stairs are wide and not particularly steep so the single day of transporting luggage up one flight was the only day it was somewhat of a bother. Just don't pack everything you own when traveling! If you are thinking about renting this apt, go for it. You will be happy with your choice.

We loved this place! The view was amazing
and the location was so close to everything we wanted to do! It was very close to restaurants and coffee shops and the tour for the Acropolis. Everything was as it said. I would stay here again!

The view is absolutely incredible and was our most favorite thing about staying at this apartment. The apartment itself is nice and spacious, and the location was perfect - close to the Acropolis Museum, the Acropolis, Plaka, and Syntagma Square all were in easy walking distance. The team was easy to work with and helped arrange rides to/from the airport and communication was good. Would stay here again if I get the chance to visit Athens again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location is truly unbeatable. 5 min walk to loads of restaurants, Liondi was our favorite. A really great friendly coffee shop, Coffee Joint was also 5 mins walk away. There is a supermarket only a few mins walk away as well. Cannot recommend the location enough! If you’re a good walker, the main sights are easily covered in some longer days. The view from the apartment was truly magical, especially at night with the lights of the Acropolis lit up, just gorgeous. The kitchen has the basics, fine for a short stay and there was an issue with the window cleanliness in the bedroom with the view, The only reason I didn’t give it an overall 5 star. Communication with the property mgmt via WhatsApp was quick.

Location was wonderful. Close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water. Great air conditioning. It was hot outside every day. Host recommendated Dimitris to pick us up at airport. He is wonderful. He took care of check in. We also did a full day tour with Dimitris and he drove us to cruise port afterwards. It is a 5 minutes walk to Acropolis. 2 blocks from many wonderful restaurants. A nice small market just around the corner. Highly recommend.

Breathtaking Views of Athens Acropolis

The apartment was exactly as advertised and the staff was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend using their contacts for transportation from the airport and to port. Everything you want to see is a short walk. We would not hesitate to stay there again!

Very nice property. Centrally located. Amazing view.

This is a very nice property. Comfortable for a family. Amazing view as pictured. The air conditioning worked well which was important as we were there during a heatwave. The one thing to know is that it's on a very very busy street with street noise. It's on the 7th floor but still might be a consideration for sensitive sleepers. Otherwise, most certainly recommend. Easy to get to all the key sites. Hosts were gracious.

Fantastic condo, location, manager

Ideal place to stay while while visting Athens. The condo is ideally located (easy walking distance) to all the sights and has an fantastic view of the Acropolis from a roof top porch where the 15' sliding door makes the living area part of the porch. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. The manager was extremely easy to work with and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for more.

The view

The view of the parthenon is outstanding. It was so nice to sit on the balcony & sip a wine as the sun set & the lights on the acropolis came on.There is a small market AB that is very close & had enough to get us through 3 days.The bed was comfortable & the kitchen had the essentials for light meal prep.I would stay here again

Acropolis Family Adventure

Our family of 4 had a great time exploring Athens for the first time. The view from the rental is astonishing every time you look at it. We purchased Big Buss passes to see the city when not on foot. Our hosts were knowledgeable about the area and gave great restaurant referrals.

Couldn't have been better!

This property was perfect for us! We stayed here during a work trip, where my colleague and I both brought our families with us. This apartment serendipitously provided us with the absolute best situation we could have hoped for. The apartment is within walking distance to so many great attractions in Athens, making it easy for our family members to go do things while we had work commitments, and it was only a short taxi ride to our work commitments. The view is unbeatable, the location is absolutely ideal, and it had the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly communicative and helped us with a few special requests. Additionally, they also alerted us to special events taking place nearby, such as a tree lighting ceremony for the holiday season. Hands down a great experience, a great property, and a great host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
