The Grooms Rooms is a private apartment resting in Lydney in Gloucestershire. Hosting two bedrooms; a double and a twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a balcony. To the outside, there's access to communal gardens and a pond, whilst off-road parking is available for one car. The Grooms Rooms is a lovely dwelling for a family gathering. Please note; This property only accepts a minimum of 2 nights.
Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher USB ports, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Private patio with seating. Stepped access to communal gardens with steps around the pond. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.4 miles. Note: Children need to be supervised on balcony terrace and by the unfenced ponds. Note: The gardens are suitable for small dogs, exercising larger dogs would require a visit to the forest or a walk along the grassy bank by the roadside to the public footpath and field
