Overall this place is great. The location is fantastic - only a 5 min walk to the centre of Rapallo and with a bus stop at the end of the road with regular connections to Santa Margherita Ligure (which has better beaches - Gio e Rino was our favourite with clean water, cheap sun beds and a nice beach bar). The apartment is also a great size and the outdoor space is very nice as well. The amenities are on the basic side (eg no microwave, kettle or toaster), the kitchen and bathrooms are quite dated and the air conditioning is only in the living room so the bedrooms can get warm in hot weather. That said, given the price it was great value for money. The check in and check out was out Leo was very smooth.

Very clean and big apartment, big kitchen as well well equiped, washing machine, dishwasher. You can access to the apartment in the first floor which was excellent for us travelling with suitcases. The apartment has a nice terrace with a beautiful garden. It is very close from the promenade, just 5 minutes walking from all the restaurants and the supermarkets are very close by. Ana was amazing, taking care of all our questions and needs.

Good place, parking nightmare

First off, the place was very nice, it had plenty of space and the outdoor balcony/patio area was great. The two bathrooms were a plus, and the dishwasher/washing machine were convenient. No major complaints about the place itself, the only notables are that the upstairs neighbors can be a bit loud in the mornings and you will likely want to bring your own lighter for the gas stove. The biggest issue by far was with parking, this place is advertised as having free parking but this consists of 3 spots and street parking, all of which was occupied. Many of the cars on the street had clearly not been moved in a long time, my guess is that many of the apartments are vacation homes so people park their cars for weeks and walk/use a scooter for the duration of their stay. Angelica (host/representative of the owners) was supposed to meet us when we got there but ended up being 45 minutes late, and was generally not very helpful. This resulted in me having to drive around Rapallo for an hour in heavy traffic, until I was lucky enough to find a paid lot with one space available about a 15 minute walk away. While some of this may have been due to what we later found out was a holiday weekend, I would recommend checking out the parking situation well before you arrive and hopefully saving yourself some stress.

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix dont go

Bien trop cher pour la qualité de l’hébergement où plusieurs choses ne fonctionnait pas. Voisinage très bruyant ! La fille du check out qui se comporte comme si elle était ma maman qui vérifie que j’ai bien fait mon lit mais à aucun moment ne se demande si j’ai passé un bon séjour.
