Maison au bord du lac récemment rénovée avec quai privé dans une crique tranquille

Magnifique maison rénovée avec une touche de ferme. Quai privé avec ascenseur à bateau et plateforme de baignade, parfait pour flotter et nager dans le lac. Trois chambres (1 lit king et 2 reines) et deux bains et demi. Aussi une chambre avec lits superposés que les enfants adoreront sur le sous-sol fini qui a deux lits jumeaux et une reine. Terrasse privée qui prolonge la longueur de la maison avec de nouveaux meubles de patio, des barbecues au charbon de bois et au gaz. La maison est située à 5 km, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de tous les restaurants, bars et divertissements du barrage de Bagnell. 8-10 personnes, assez pour deux familles avec enfants.

Small weekend get away

We had a wonderful time staying at your place. The house location was perfect for us and we loved the dock. We'd definitely stay here again.

A gem!

We loved our tucked away location, right on the water. The house is spacious and equipped with everything we needed. When we had a question, our host responded very quickly and helpfully. A great find & we would definitely return.
The floating deck was perfect coffee spot!

Great space for our family!

The house was perfect for our group! We brought our boat, we didnt use the lift. Spent tons of time hanging out on the dock and swimming in the lake. We went to the boathouse a few times by boat and land since it is within walking distance. We grilled out on the deck and had all the supplies we needed for meals.

Wonderful Lake House

The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. Liked the open floor plan upstairs and nice kitchen. The master bedroom was good sized and the bed was super comfy!. Surprised to see the high ceilings in the lower level. There are 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room that was really cool. My husband was happy to see the carport. Nice dock on a quiet cove. Short walk to Village Marina/ Boathouse w/ good food& drinks. Highly recommend!

Great property!

Nice house in a quiet cove, perfect for fishing and floating. House looks just like the pictures- cute decor, comfortable and everything provided as expected. This was our 2nd stay at this property and we look forward to trying to stay again!

This was our first time in the Ozarks and did not know what to expect. The house and property exceeded our expectations! We didn’t have a lot of contact with the owner but the response time was great when we did. Highly recommend this property and we will be back.

Guys Weekend Trip

We booked this property for a long weekend with 6 friends from college and the house exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and clean and the private dock was a great place to hang out. We would definitely come back.

Perfect cove location for swimming and boating

This home has everything you need to have the perfect stay. Great bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of lounge spaces as well but it is perfectly topped off with all the little things that complete stay like a well equipped kitchen, bath products, condiments, water toys, boat dock and extra fridge. Anything you may have forgotten they probably have available for you.

Perfect lake house

This house is so cute, nicely remodeled, clean, and had everything we needed for a family lake trip. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were lots of extra towels and sheets, and plenty of space for two parents plus three teenagers. There are not a ton of stairs to get into the house or down to the dock like many lake houses, the swim dock is nice, and there are lots of life jackets, noodles, rafts, and a lily pad. The location near Village Marina is also wonderfully convenient for boat rental and the restaurant & bar has good food. We weren't a huge fan of the barn doors that close off the bunk room and master bath because they're not the best for privacy/darkness, but that is our only complaint. Definitely would rent this place again!

Nice property!

The lake home's updates are very nice! The dock is awesome and being in the back of a quiet cove was perfect. Sitting on the tall deck was peaceful. The beds were comfy. We appreciated the use of the big lily pad, rafts and life jackets! The owner responds quickly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Thanks for the memories!

The house was so incredibly nice. Every thing was in order and plenty of room for all the guests. Comfortable couches upstairs and downstairs and plenty of covers to go over my head while we watched horror movies. Highly recommend if you want a get away and need privacy and enjoy some solitude. If you are into heavy partying, this is not for you. Out of respect to the other home owners because there are houses in close proximity. Brandon was very quick to respond to a simple question we had upon arrival. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property for those who enjoy the water and relaxation.

great stay - nice property

This place has it all. About the only thing you need to bring is a toothbrush and some clothes. The owner has literally anything you would need during your stay in abundance (towels, linens, dishes etc..) The wife and I had a great stay there just disconnecting from the rest of the world and relaxing. Little too cool for swimming while we were there but the dock is fantastic and they have plenty of water toys. Master bed was extremely comfortable! I'm very picky about my beds and this one was excellent. Only used one bedroom so can't speak of the others. Brandon was very easy to communicate with. You can't go wrong with this property,

Family Fun

This is the second time we have rented this property this year and had just as great of a time as the first. Great location for the kids to jump off the dock in a quite cove.

Great Property and location!

We came down to visit friends that have their boat at the Village Marina and this couldn’t have been a better location! We brought down a golf cart with us that made the short ride between the house and marina super quick and easy. The road to the house is one lane and difficult for trailers. I agree with a previous recommendation to unload and park the trailer at the marina. It was a short 10-15 minute drive to the Osage Beach area to get groceries. There is also a grocery store in the Bagnell Damn area that is about the same distance. We ate at the Boathouse multiple times and the food and service was amazing!!!

Beautiful!

House is just like the pics and very clean. Very spacious. Loved having the dock but i wouldn’t recommend driving the boat/trailer all the way to the house. We almost couldn’t get back out of the driveway lol. There are 2 marinas within a few minutes. We launched our boat and paid barely nothing to leave the trailer there and my husband drove the boat to the dock and i drove the truck back. Was such a fun experience! We loved fishing and swimming off the dock! Walked to the village marina for drinks and swimming. Can’t say enough about the whole experience!

Can't beat the location

We spent a week at this property and had a great time. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Great location, close to everything including Village Marina (which is where I put my pontoon in to use for the week). Well stocked, clean, and the owner was great to work with and answered all of our questions immediately.
