spectaculaire plan d'étage ouvert de 6 chambres sur une eau calme et profonde récemment rénové

Custon a construit une maison spacieuse de 10 ans qui peut accueillir confortablement 15 personnes. Se trouve en eau profonde sur un cĂŽtĂ© calme du lac. 15 minutes du centre commercial, cinĂ©ma et restaurants Ă  gogo. Grande eau pour le ski et les tubes pour tous les Ăąges. Grande pĂȘche pour ceux qui aiment. La zone boisĂ©e sur un cĂŽtĂ© et Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison permet l'observation des cerfs et des oiseaux.

Vue incroyable sur le lac Ă  chaque niveau de la maison et terrasses de la suite principale et de la salle Ă  manger.

Suite parentale aux deux niveaux.

Les grandes réunions de famille sont un must.

A lot of dead bugs and cobwebs inside the house. Check out the window sills of the atrium windows. Dead bugs everywhere. Cobwebs everywhere on the deck, railings and around doors. Spiders crawling on the patio umbrellas. Some of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Some of the bathroom soap dispensers were empty. Some bathrooms did not have enough wash clothes. We finally located the extra ones in the master bath closet. Some wash clothes looked like they were still dirty.That house needs a good cleaning inside and out. Dead bugs in some of the indoor light fixtures. Some of the supposed queen beds were full size, not queen. The layout of the house is perfect for a large family gathering but it needs TLC.There is a broken spindle in the railing overlooking the downstairs.

This is a wonderful house, great location, lots of extras for everyone to have a great time. Our only suggestion is upgrade the mattresses through out the house. The king was fine but the rest were not comfortable for any of us of any age.

Large home with lots of room for family and friends. Well equipped with lots of extras. Bonus is a boat slip for guests to use. Great neighborhood on quieter side of the lake.

While the house has a good layout and is in a great location, it was not clean. There was an excessive amount of half used condiments left in the fridge, crumbs in the drawers, and a general sense of clutter and disorganization throughout the pantry and kitchen. The dock was large with nice space for us and the boat but it was filthy and clearly not maintained. It was covered in bugs, bird droppings, and spiderwebs, making it unusable without cleaning. When I asked the owner for a hose to rinse it off, they indicated it was cleaned at the beginning of the season which was not enough, and did not offer how to solve the problem. Duct tape holds together parts of the dock roof which leaked in spots. The top oven shown in the pictures was missing, which was frustrating since we plan meals around what’s available.This property has potential, but it needs a deep cleaning, accurate listing updates, and much better upkeep to be a worthwhile rental. As longtime Ozarks visitors, this was not up to basic cleanliness standards.

The pictures does not give this home justice. It was absolutely beautiful and so clean. We had the best time and communication was top notch. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend. We got a lot of inquires from family and friends about seeing pictures.

Annual Family Trip but the first to this area.

Our entire group enjoyed the stay! The property was just as described in the listing, very well equipped, spacious, and beautiful. We had 8 adults consisting of 4 couples and it worked out very well. I would recommend this property! Also, The host Holly was very communicative!

Family get together

Wonderful property! Plenty of room and bedrooms. Nice area on deep part of the lake. Had an issue with the grill and the host had repairman there within a hour. Would definitely stay again.

Love all the space!

We all loved the size of the house. We enjoyed the recliners and the large coffee table was great for doing puzzles. My son in law and son used the grill, but were worried that it was a safety/fire hazard - there was nothing to catch the grease under the grill.

The house was nice and very accommodating. It had everything we needed to have a great time. The only thing is the outside gas grill needs to be replaced as the bottom has fallen out of it.

Great As Always

This was our second time renting this house, and once again it did not disappoint. Holly is a great host and made sure any issues/questions were taken care of quickly. Great location for fishing, swimming, or just enjoying the view. Rented a Tritoon from Lake Runners and it was delivered and picked up right from the house. We will absolutely stay here again!!!
